Jimmy John’s is a sandwich shop, with a menu of sandwiches. They are famous for being fast. They bake their bread in the store. They are not a giant sandwich shop, so don’t expect an overflowing hoagy. They are not like some places that cut their meat with a razor blade, and fill the roll up with lettuce. It’s a reasonable sandwich.

This place is anazing. Great service, great pickles, great sandwiches, great options of topings. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great atmosphere and a fresher/healthier alternative to subway including options such as sprouts among other options subway does not offer. It’s around a dollar an inch so the pricing is competitive to their competitors. Thank you for your time in reading my short review.

I’ve been a regular patron at the Palm Desert location for years and i’ve been frequenting this spot more recently as its very close to my new dwelling and I can say without a doubt that Jimmy Johns is unrivaled in the sandwich game and the Coachella Valley locations are some of the finest in the nation. The franchise owner of these locations is really hands on and customer focused and it shows with an incredibly friendly staff that goes the extra mile, a great experience always

Typical chain for Jimmy John’s. You could tell they were ready to be done for the day though. We arrived 45 minutes before closing (3pm on a Sunday) and they were putting up chairs around us. They messed up 2 different things on our order as well. Food was still pretty good.

Listen Jimmy Johns food itself is usually amazing.. but unfortunately their customer service is not, in fact they don’t even greet you and apparently are trying to close the store an hour early. For one the employee by the name of Frank Hermes (55) I believe that’s his name because I asked for a refund and he was the one to do it & he also made the sandwich with apparent negligence. He was rude… to me, seemed racist. Quick to and try and shoo us away and tell us their isn’t any lettuce nor tomatoes left, Christina our cashier was pretty much useless I’m not sure if Frank is the manager but he definitely needs to be addressed by corporate or the owner. Last but not least he was probably better off letting Christina handle the situation because when we first arrived he was sitting out front in his Lexus while Christina was standing as Cashier again useless other than some type of soft voice and seemed to at least care that her manager or co-worker is abysmal.

Travelers beware- restrooms are closed! You can get food but when your traveling to stop and eat and go to the bathroom go somewhere else with your family- dining room is open but bathrooms closed??
