We had Jimmy John’s cater our wedding last May and they were great! We had someone go pick up the sandwiches, and everyone at the venue was happy to see him arrive with Jimmy John’s in hand. It was a good experience!

Whatever happened 6 or 7 months ago really made this place go downhill fast. I used to LOVE them and would personally order frequently as well as use for my staff lunches. Between rude staff and completely poorly made skimpy sandwiches 2 visits in a row, I contacted customer service with pictures and exact dates and time for them to review the incidents. They were very kind and attentive, although the only recourse was credit at this Payson store. The workers there were even ruder and condescending upon me trying to place an order for a small staff lunch. I didn’t get through ordering before I decided enough was enough. I would do ANYTHING to make it right for a customer, the kid on the phone made it VERY clear he was not interested in that at all. Even putting me on hold for 10 minutes, though just putting the phone down so I could hear the staff, not busy, simply laughing and joking with each other. When I spoke with customer service about this, after scrambling for a different lunch for my staff, I was told they would work on getting me a refund in form of a check sent, though as of 2 months now, nothing has been done. It is sad that they have let this great place turn into this.

First time at any JJ. BLT, thinnest bacon slices and 70% fat. Mostly lettuce and bread (wheat). Better value and quality in payson at the casino snack bar (with side) and similar price at the airport with a side. 4x bacon at these locations as here.

Bread is great as always but the store menu hasn’t been updated so our order was wrong. When we tried to get it fixed, we were treated rudely by the girl with the long dark braid. Also, several items in the store were broken and the bathrooms were a mess.

The ingredients were correct but not on the correct sandwiches. The saving grace was that they weren’t actually between the bread, like a sandwich, so we were able to play a fun little game of go fish for what we wanted on our sandwiches

Driving through Payson I stopped at Jimmy John’s only to be told they had no bread. This was at 12pm they we’re trying to substitute with sandwich bread I saw that they had little John Bread I asked if they could just substitute my sandwich with the little bead they proceeded to tell me that the sandwich I ordered could not be substituted on the little bread. They proceeded to make my sandwich with wheat sandwich bread. I truly believe that they thought they were being more cost-effective using the sandwich bread for me instead of the little John’s bread. In fact, they used a ton of extra meat to make the sandwich so I don’t understand how that would even be cost-effective. I was already having to except a substitution for them. They should’ve been able to bend a little bit and substitute to make the customer happy. Bottom line how do you run out of bread at noon? Employees that work at the restaurant have a poor attitude as well I was looking at other reviews. This obviously isn’t the first time of running out of bread and poor customer service it is an ongoing issue maybe corporate needs to get involved in coaching, teaching and developing the store management at the store.

So, asked for simple oil and vinegar on the side. I watched it being put in a container, but went ahead and put same solution on sandwich. By the time I got home bread was soggy. Also, there was so much oregano it burnt my tongue! You suck. Do better!
