My Cesar salad wrap was great, but my hubby’s tuna sandwich seemed to have only had a half serving of tuna! 2″ of plain bun on each end of the sandwich?? Plus he requested extra onion. It’s a good thing he did, because his got 3 single rings of onion? It must only come with 1 if you don’t request extra??

Love their day old bread for a dollar, and they even honored it for us without asking when they ran out of day old bread last time, providing us with fresh bread for a dollar. Went in today and asked for the same thing since they were out of day old bread and they wouldn’t do it. Funny, when I grew up, the customer was always right. Disappointed. Seems like they run out of day old bread quite frequently, so would make sense to bake extra bread at the end of the day to have enough for day old bread the following day. Profit margins even at a dollar should still be huge

Stopped in to grab a sandwich and wrap after camping all weekend on the rim. The food was fresh and good, however the dine in experience was an experience to say the least. It was clear that one of the female employees was on something possibly meth. It was noticeable enough that you could tell the other employees were uncomfortable. It is not my usual to post a review like this but I felt the need to offer the employees some assistance by posting as an observant customer in hopes management will take notice. It’s unfortunate that an employee is struggling with substance abuse but also unfortunate for the employees/customers to be uncomfortable. I do highly recommend the summer chicken jalapeño wrap.

Whatever happened 6 or 7 months ago really made this place go downhill fast. I used to LOVE them and would personally order frequently as well as use for my staff lunches. Between rude staff and completely poorly made skimpy sandwiches 2 visits in a row, I contacted customer service with pictures and exact dates and time for them to review the incidents. They were very kind and attentive, although the only recourse was credit at this Payson store. The workers there were even ruder and condescending upon me trying to place an order for a small staff lunch. I didn’t get through ordering before I decided enough was enough. I would do ANYTHING to make it right for a customer, the kid on the phone made it VERY clear he was not interested in that at all. Even putting me on hold for 10 minutes, though just putting the phone down so I could hear the staff, not busy, simply laughing and joking with each other. When I spoke with customer service about this, after scrambling for a different lunch for my staff, I was told they would work on getting me a refund in form of a check sent, though as of 2 months now, nothing has been done. It is sad that they have let this great place turn into this.
