Wow im so glad i didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from visiting. Walked in was greeted by Joshua and fresh food smell! Joshua was cheerful and very knowledgeable. The sandwiches were also good and tasty!!

Excellent staff excellent customer service. I was treated like a friend and truly enjoy any of the associates that work at this location. The online order I needed to pick it up an hour early gave them a call and they were more than happy to change that time frame, and when I arrived, it was ready to go.

Ok me and my wife had wanted to try this place since we been seeing it and let me tell you we won’t be going back. My sub was mostly bread tiny bit of lettuce 3 small slices of ham and more cheese than the other ingredients. We walk in and smells so good so I had high hopes. We get to the counter not knowing how to order and the guy taking orders doesn’t even help we told him we never been there. We start to order and he just says lettuce tomato mayo good? I was like that’s all you have? He doesn’t tell us we can add more toppings or anything so I was like ok well it must be really good. So we get home and I unwrap my sub, I take a look and it was hollow I was like where is all the meat? I was just bread and cheese I was super disappointed and really wanted something fresh but I was so wrong my wife was super upset since we’re like 20 mins away! It’s frustrating to spend money gas and time for something I was not happy with. I could gone to Walmart and bought all I wanted to make a better sub for less $. So sad Jimmy John’s. Never again! I didn’t even eat my sub….

Very good location! They were friendly, quick with our order, and the sandwiches tasted great. I would have given them 5 stars but the bread was a little on the crunchy side. We do understand that just cause we did come later around 7pm. The prices are a bit on the high side but it was a pleasurable experience!

I recently visited Jimmy John’s and tried their new Pesto sandwich, and I have to say it was awesome! The restaurant is a fast-food chain with a casual atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service. The Pesto sandwich is a recent addition to their menu, and it features a delicious blend of basil pesto, provolone cheese, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, all served on freshly baked bread.

most of these one star reviews are karens ong over exaggerating and so miserable with life! Every time i been here the employees are so kind and attentive even the manager/supervisor is nice and helpful to me and my food is always ready by the time i get there i’ve received the best service from this establishment I love the turkey tom!!!!

Thank you for ruining my only meal of the day after an 84 hour work week. The only change I asked for was mustard instead of mayonnaise and my sandwich was delivered drenched in mayonnaise. This is a perfect example of why you work at jimmy johns, because you can’t follow the most basic of instructions.

I loved this Jimmy johns.. when they first opened. Lately… its been nothing but mediocre. The sandwiches I make at home are better tasting, better made, better quality. Doesn’t seem to matter what you put in the app for the customizations. And I have no idea what happen to my sandwich tonight… but I can’t even call it a sandwich.. the meat and cheese aren’t even on the bread. Im just highly disappointed. I couldn’t even eat it. Just wrapped it back up and put it in the fridge. This was the #5. I had ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato, and extra mayo giant cut in half. I’m sad. And I’m still hungry. 🙁
