Ordered delivery at 12:40pm, said out for delivery at 1:03pm. My location is 6 minutes away from the store. I would have picked up but I was busy. Was not delivered until 1:30pm, all the ice in the drink was melted. Should have figured from all bad reviews. Save your time and money.

Ordered 3 subs tonight to pick up, walked out door look in the bag only 2 subs. Says 3 stapled on the front. Had to wait for them to make it. Not sure if they gave one of ours to someone else because they had the same sub at the same time. Mine had almost no guacamole or mayo. They forgot the pickles. We also ordered a Vito and the salami was missing.

I was real hungry while doing laundry so I thought I’d give it a try terrible sandwich two little skinny pieces of meat and cheese that was it not like I’m used to at sandwich shop with stacked meat bread is supposed to be fresh but was all hard and crusty on the bottom first of all it says meat and cheese and they charge me an extra dollar for cheese I don’t know why this place is even open terrible

I asked to substitute ham for salami. The manager of this particular store wanted to charge me $18 for an 8 inch sub just because I wanted to substitute ham for salami. I guess my question is, are you joking? NOPE! they were bought two 8inch subs for $18 and change. literally the roast beef sub had enough roast beef to cover the white of the bread. It’s a joke the bread is hard, horrible customer service they did not put, the Jimmy John peppers on the ham sandwich they put lettuce on it when I asked them not to they put tomatoes on it when I asked them not to. Enough oil, and vinegar that the sandwich was dripping oil when we unwrapped it I mean seriously come on you got one job can you just do your one job the biggest joke of the day though $18 to substitute ham for salami $18 people. WOW!
