Stay away from this Jimmy John’s!!!!!! The slogan at this one is freaking slow subs, ordered online, what they said would be 20-30 minutes was a hour. If you can’t deliver fast tell the customer!!! There are issues inside and out at this store!!! Stay away!!!!!!! Customer service at the store was horrible, they hung up on me while I was trying to get something resolved. Management here is not great, service here is horrible. Just not a place I would recommend to anyone

Love the food. They always make it good. Whoever is the Gm here needs to get a grip of their store however. They have more staff than most places I have noticed here and yet it’s operating like you only have 2 people working. The way I heard some of these “managers” speaking to their employees is not okay. I can be a little sensitive but I was actually holding in tears for some of these employees, if I was being talked to like that I would have immediately put in my 2 weeks notice.

This place is always clean, and the service is great. I always walk in because it’s weird to order a sandwich through a drive through… at least for me. I always ask them what their favorite sandwiches are to try something different and they’re always pleasant to speak to. Keep it up guys! Makes me want to open a Jimmy John’s location further north.

I have been to this Jimmy John’s a dozen times now and normally order the beach club after a visit a couple months ago I got very sick. Diarrhea and vomiting all night. I didn’t think it was the sandwich until just recently I ended up sick again with more diarrhea after another sandwich. I’ve read at least one other review and hoping to see if others have had the same experience. Unfortunately I will not be going back after two incidents of food illness.

Never answer the phone when there is issues. Multiple times ordering and nobody ever answers the phone. After this time we will no longer be going to jimmy john’s we will be going to Subway from now on. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Ordered a turkey sandwich and got cheese and everything besides turkey on it and still nobody answers at the store. Horrible management obviously. Took a picture of the lack of sandwich we got so they should be thankful I can post it on here.

Entire family food poisoned. Got the new chicken wraps, didn’t have enough toilets in the house 3 hours later. Jalapeno Ranch eaters got it the worst… (fire you know what plus cold sweats/vomit for 2-3 hours) I saw them when they were making the order, they even brought out a fresh bag of chicken. Must have been left in the sun for 3 days before being put in the fridge. That’s the 3rd or 4th time. Kids warned me, they refuse to eat there. Not sure how they stay in business. I kept half of one wrap in the fridge for the Health Department to test if they contact me.

We went threw the drive thru last Sunday evening. We ordered our food and went up to pay for it. It took 20 minutes before we left the drive thru to go into the store to find out what was going on. There were four workers there and a total of 2 people eating on the inside, no one else in the drive thru. We went in and no one acknowledged the fact that we were standing at the register! Finally some girl there was like “someone’s at the register” and the same guy from the drive thru came over and asked us what we wanted! We explained we were in the drive thru and no one brought out our food. He apologized and said “he forgot”! Obviously, there was no manager on duty so I waited to call the next day when what sounded like a 17 year old “manager” answered my call. He took down my number and name and told me the GM would call me. That was two days ago and no one called me back. So, needless to say, that will be the last time I eat at Jimmy Johns.

Been here 5 times, I just get a slim sandwich and the order has been wrong every time. I get it’s just fast food but it’s not a hard order to get right and it’s been wrong each time. Ordered delivery and it’s taken over an hour now, called and they said it should be on the way. Just a bad place to get food.

I ordered Chicken ceaser wrap with ranch dressing instead of ceaser dressing. My sandwich was so hot (spicey), I couldn’t eat it. Went back to counter and asked what was in this wrap that was so spicy. Told them I substituted ranch. I was told probably put the jalapeños ranch on by mistake. All I got was “sorry about that”. I threw out 3/4 of my wrap. Won’t be back. Should have been offered a remake. Also the kid at the register had trouble counting change. Shorted.

So I got my food and it was good but I used what little money I had to buy it and I couldn’t afford a tip and your drive made it known that he was upset with that and it’s not ok tips are not mandatory and with him acting like that and saying you know drivers live off of tips right? It’s not something you say to a customer when you don’t know there Circumstances.
