I don’t understand what has happened over the last few weeks here. This jimmy johns has become hostile to any and all customers. I’ve seen 3 managers now actively cuss or insult other employees. This place was fine a few weeks ago. Most recently I witnessed a skinny employee with a beard and longer hair touch himself and then make a sandwich. Yes he was wearing gloves but sticking your hand into your pants and then touching food should be criminal.

Bread from this location is almost always old and / or flat (don’t let it rise?). It’s a LITTLE better in that it used to ALWAYS be bad. They also can’t be bothered to fill the order as requested. I would have stopped coming here long ago, but my wife insists.
Most recently I got an “Italian Night Club” combo, no salami, extra Capicola and add sliced Parmesan. It had Salami, and no extra Capicola or Parmesan. Looking at other reviews, it seems that QA is a significant problem, especially considering most people don’t leave reviews, they just stop going. Getting delivery seems significantly worse. I’d normally guess they are untrustworthy when their customers aren’t in the building with them, but other reviews seem to suggest it’s no better in person.
I wonder how much business they’ve lost, or if the owner knows or cares.

I watched a 30+ year old male lose his mind and throw a container and knife as well as curse out the customers and his fellow employees before ripping off his apron and storming outside. Absolutely unprofessional and will not go here again until this employee is no longer here

Came in Saturday the 15th to grab dinner for myself and my family. Bumped into a female driver wearing a red jimmy johns shirt in the parking lot. After a quick apology we parted ways. She ended up calling me the N word under her breath as she walked to her Subaru. My wife called and spoke to a Manager Marrissa and was basically brushed off and told that nothing was going to happen about it. I then made a corporate complaint and the owner reached out to me and told me that they did not have any female drivers who work the weekend. Obviously they are trying to protect the racist. I’ve stopped by often for the last few years but I will never come back.

Older gentleman who by himself made all of my sandwiches was amazing. Younger guy took my order and disappeared then 5+ minutes later the “Manager” arrived looked at me my child and the AMAZING gentleman making our subs and decided to go hang out at the tables outside. She/He/Them decided to get up and come back inside to answer a phone as the gentleman was still working on sandwiches. She/He/Them couldn’t be bothered I asked who the manager was and I didn’t even need a verbal answer after the look I got but the person who could not careless was the manager. As I left I asked that person who the manager was she/he/them agreed it was them. I said shame on you! This is ridiculous! God bless that man who was working so hard.

After a long day of working i came to this location for my usual sandwich. To my pleasant surprise it was far better then usual. Fernanda was my cashier and also the one who made my meal which was delicious. Would highly recommend for a quick meal that will hit the spot.

I had the best visit to this Jimmy Johns. I did not get employees names but 2 in particular went above and beyond service. It was inspiring to have 2 young adults offer to help me and my dog. While outside waiting for my order, one approached me asking if I had an order, then another employee came outside and said she would bring out my order and then sit with my dog while I filled my fountain drink. Then the original employee came out with his hands full of deliveries plus a large cup of water for Mila. She lapped up the water happily. I was impressed with their thoughtfulness. A wonderful experience, and of course my sandwich was tasty and fresh.

I came in and had a Spicy East Coast Italian, very nice resturant, However! there was a “Abolish ICE” Poster one of the employees put up! making me feel very uncomfortable! otherwise very nice resturant (would’ve given 5/5 except for the poltical propoganda)
