I love the smell of fresh bread right when you walk in! It is packed with meat and it’s my favorite places to get a delicious sub. We were in and out in no time and back to work in the hour. The staff was friendly and helpful when I customized my order and we’ll be back soon!

Management needs to take a look at their staffing in this store especially for lunch rush on a Friday. The poor guy working today was by himself trying to manage all the orders until someone arrived just after 12 noon. He did a great job all things considered! The manager should have been in the store helping if there was no additional staffing.

Just received my order. What a mess of a sandwich. Did someone sit on this before it left? The bread is stuck to the paper and everything is falling apart. I got a #12 and there is hardly any avocado. I also ordered a large unsweet tea and got a large sprite. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

I have visited this location many times but have noticed a considerable decline in the quality of food and service. The last time I ordered from here the food that I received was inedible. My son’s words were “I’m afraid it’s going to break my teeth” in regards to very stale bread. I reached out about my inedible meal and heard nothing back. I do not recommend eating at this location.

Jimmy John’s on Allen Way here in Castle Rock is a great restaurant that makes great sub sandwiches to which my wife and I enjoy tremendously. Easily located off of Founders Parkway on the East side of Hwy 25, the restaurant is situated very nicely, is a very clean and well maintained business with a warm and gracious staff that welcomes you upon your entrance. The facility adheres to COVID-19 mask wearing and social distancing and highly recommend others to visit and consume some great sub sandwiches.

I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches, I went in and there was one guy working (Joseph). He was building a big order for a customer ahead of me but he was fast! He made her and then helped me with a smile even though I’m sure he was stressed out working alone. He gave me a cookie on the house for waiting and made my food fast too! Thanks Joseph.
