Horrible!! We are a business here in KV and every time we order from here the food is wrong or missing something! They dont check the food before its delivered. Then told we can come pick up what they forgot or we can wait 20 mins to receive what was forgotten. Unacceptable! If they would only check the food before it delivered this problem would not happen.

I had hoped the store could follow simple instruction. I had placed an online order for several times and I even called to verify if they had my order correct with no mayo in the sandwiches! But they still can’t get the orders right and the deliveries are always late. I’ve been patient and forgiving. Today I placed another online order for Management meeting lunch for our company. Same instructions no mayo in the sandwiches but there’s still mayo, they forgot 1 order and delivery was late again. My boss asked me to return his lunch and talked to the Manager about it. At first, I thought he was being nice for saying that they will replace the order but when I shared our not so good experience in terms of their deliveries. He was being sarcastic and I was just told to pick it up next time. Which I find it very rude and not a very good suggestion. What’s the use of the delivery options when you can’t do it? Maybe just remove it?

We ordered Jimmy Johns for delivery but accidentally chose pick up. The assistant manager Nathan called to verify. When I told him that we accidentally chose the wrong option he was very kind and polite and offered to deliver it himself. Nathan showed up a few minutes later! I was so impressed. Also the food was amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers!!
