“Freaky fast” is no longer a thing here I guess. No one was in front of us when we got there to order and it still took us over 15 minutes to get three sandwiches. One of the sandwiches didn’t come out right either. Half of the staff was friendly. The other half seemed like they didn’t want the job.

Thanks for remaining positive during the mad rush this evening due to the Door Dash deal. I was irritated at the wait time but I know these were unusual circumstances and I really appreciated the one team member taking lead to try and work through all the backed up orders. I went in for a sandwich and Jared had the worst attitude. He was holding gloves as he check me out and than put them on afterwards to fix my food. As I explained how I wanted it fix he rudely informed me of what’s comes on it as if that’s how I’m taking it. If I hadn’t paid before hand I would not have gotten it. I have been here several times and honestly every other time was great except this time. This time made me decide not to go back.

Once again, I received excellent customer service from this location. The food is always fresh, packaged well and delivery was fast. I had ordered incorrectly and called to ask if I could bring the sandwich back and the employee on the phone sent delivered another sandwich immediately. That is why I am a repeat customer. Love this place and their employees!

There’s fast and There’s accurate. I prefer the latter. My combo wa delivered minus my chips. 30 minutes after calling and still no chips. Spoke to manager and was advised to give it a few more minutes. The sandwich is gone. For future reference offer a free cookie or percentage off of a future order, that gives consumers an incentive to come back after such a disappointment

I’ve been eating at this location for years and the food is always terrific. The only thing more impressive than the food is their top-tier staff and unbeatable service. When it comes to fast food, I believe most people have grown accustomed to being served by the unenthusiastic, humdrum husk of a person regurgitating the same “welcome to , what can I get for you?” Jimmy John’s on 288 is the exception to that norm! I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben, who was bursting with charisma, personality, and useful information. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone genuinely pleasant and fun in an industry that is known for the opposite. Excellent work, Ben!

Very unpleasant worker tonight. She was very rude and refused to help us. We ordered online so we could get the discount and it took money out of the account and she said they didn’t receive our order so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even though we paid for it. She said to email corporate that she couldn’t refund us. All we wanted was the sandwiches we ordered.
