The last time I went to this location, every sandwich ended up dripping with oil, even the ones that didn’t request it. This was months ago, so I figured I’d give them another chance.

What a mistake!

Have you ever been to JJ’s and thought “I should have just gotten a pickle, because at least something would have tasted good?” That was me today. This was the absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The bread was burnt, it was missing cucumber (not something I added, but a given ingredient), and had one tiny piece of turkey and one piece of bacon! It tasted like burnt bread and cheese. Even drowning it in kicking ranch didn’t help. I love Jimmy Johns, but I’m definitely missing having a decent one around.

They served this on my to-go order today. All 3 sandwiches looked like this. Clearly, the lettuce is spoiled/rotten. When I took it back in, the staff said that this was OK, it was “just at the bottom of the container.”

Folks, this is either not kept at proper temps or rotten. It even smelled terrible. They further tried to justify serving it to people. Would you eat this? Feed it to you 3 year old? The staff felt like this is perfectly ok. Zero apologies.

They offered to make another, which I agreed to. But they put the exact same lettuce on those as well. Again, telling me that it’s fine. For obvious reasons, I requested a refund. If you don’t have decent lettuce, thats ok….Don’t serve it. Such a better approach that passing something off that looks and smells spoiled as normal.

Food is good, hands down one of the best Italian subs around! That said their delivery sucks now, used to be good but recently takes 50+ minutes to get a sandwich delivered 4 minutes from their location and a certain driver has a terrible attitude every time. Guess I’ll just have to pick it up from now on, however I rarely take a lunch break so we’ll see.

Very disappointing service. At least this location is freaking slow not freaky fast. I ordered a number 4 turkey tom at 11:37 am and got it at 12:07. Do the math and it took 30 minutes not 30 seconds to get a sandwich. I was warned they are slow but this was ridiculous. There were two people making sandwiches and one handling the register but they were both in slow motion. It was not like they had 50 customers lined up, they were just slow. I have been to Jimmy John’s many times and they crank out sandwiches. Not here. If you walk in and they say they are running behind or slow just leave and go elsewhere. The picture is the lobby with people waiting for sandwiches. Not what I would call crowded.

Edit 13OCT2020: I am raising the review to 4/5, as I used the online feedback form, and the franchise reached out within the same business day. They offered a credit to my phone number. I went back sometime in the last week, and the more experienced employee who was there when they made the bacon and cheese sandwich, was there again. She apologized too, and I told her it’s ok (because truly I don’t blame the guy who seemed new) she said the employee who took my order can get flustered sometimes, and I told her I understand, and it’s ok. They got my order done right this time (virtually the same as what it should have been the first time). The response from the JJ franchise was very kind, and I stressed to them that I don’t blame the employee who took my order, I would have just liked the seemingly more experienced worker to verify the order. The employees and I had a kind conversation when I was in, and seemed like genuinely nice and friendly people. Overall I don’t want to judge this place harshly based on one bad experience, when I have had many times without issue here before too. Even ignoring I have a gift card I’d still return here, I just might more carefully explain the order next time if I’m not sure the employee understood the order.

Had multiple fine experiences getting food here, but today I ordered 3 slim 5 sandwiches. For anyone not aware, slim 5 is just a #5 with no veggies. So still meat and cheese. The cashier asked me what I thought was a weird question: “do you want cheese?” I said yes (I also added bacon) I get home and open the sandwiches to see that the sandwiches were made as shown in the picture. Just bacon and cheese. If I wanted a bacon and cheese sandwich I coulda made a whole bunch more for the same price if I bought the ingredients from the Walmart 3 minutes away. Incredibly disappointed. I’m guessing it was a new employee who made this, so I don’t necessarily blame him, but there was an employee who appeared to be more experienced. I clarified multiple times that I wanted three slim 5’s add bacon. I used to work in the food service industry, and if I ever saw a weird order (like cheese and bacon) I would ask the customer to verify. If the store doesn’t reply here, I’m gonna record opening the other sandwiches, show the video to the manager on shift, and ask for a refund. Hopefully they at least can do that.

Ordered a belt and got old tomato’s and brown lettuce barely any bacon. Weak sandwich a cookie and drink for 21 dollars then the driver 4 dollar tip.

We ordered online, and after completing the order, it said it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, which didn’t make sense. We called to check, and the girl who answered was short with us and came off as rude. When the order finally arrived, it was delivered by Uber, which we weren’t expecting.
This also left us wondering if the tip we left went to the driver or the store.
On top of that, some of the sandwiches had mustard on them even though we specifically asked for none. We were just passing through from out of town, so we won’t be back, but this was a disappointing experience.

Probably sets the record for slowest Jimmy John’s. Food used to be ready practically before you finished ordering. Now it takes 20 minutes for them to make a single sub. What a shame how this place has fallen.

Got the Mediterranean wrap and it was delicious. There was one guy in there and he was nice. The wrap was packed full and made exactly how it looks in the picture. The atmosphere was calm and nice with good music playing. This was my first time at this restaurant and I will absolutely be coming back!
