I ordered from this store online at 7:12pm. 45 minutes after I placed the order, I called to cancel my order, as there had been no updates. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, didn’t even ask my name, number or even what we ordered, then put me on hold, and just said it’s canceled. I asked if they needed any of that information, and was told no and the call ended after saying they already had my number. I then left to get dinner somewhere else. 20 minutes after that call, they brought the order to my neighbors house who accepted the order, and then the store charged me for the food. We never received a call saying that the order was dropped off or the total refunded, which is unacceptable as they had already told me that they had my phone number as it was used to cancel my order. This appears malicious in intent, as 20 minutes should be enough notice to both not make the food, and or call back a delivery driver to not drop the order off. Best case scenario it shows that my order could have been made and delivered timely, but was not. We won’t be back again.

Place needs to hire people who actually greet the customer, a smile or no scowl would be a nice change of pace too. I had to repeat the simple toppings for the sandwich 3 times, and to no avail it was not right. I got it home and looked at my meager lettuce, two shreds of onion and no tomato. Good thing I had stuff at home to add so it wasn’t just a plain meat mess. This is beyond pathetic for 10 bucks. I didn’t even get a thank you out door even when I said it to them. Don’t waste your money here, subway and firehouse here in town actually will say hi.

Waited 20 minutes and got no sandwiches, asked for our money back because we had somewhere to be. No one there was able to return our money, so we just left, worst experience in Fremont. Definitely not freaky fast. Will not be going back ever.

So, I ordered a $12.00 sandwich w chips and a med drink. $18.50 or so total & they charge you FOUR DOLLARS for delivery (driver gets none of it). Then you’re expected to tip the driver. By the time you’re done, you could have fed a family of 5 by shopping at Baker’s.

We had delivery. It was odd that when told a delivery time he said “they would get to us when they could”. And hung up. I looked at my husband and repeatedly what the man said. Not knowing if that was freaky fast or freaky slow. However, we did get our order 40 minutes later. It was correct. But freaky expensive for 2 sandwiches. Wasn’t prepared for that.

Asked for a #7 no onions extra sauce and as many peppers as they could put on it without getting fired. They didn’t let me down. Tried Jimmy John’s in Omaha a couple of years ago and was not impressed. Decided to give Fremont a shot. Been a happy repeat customer for a couple of years. Never have had a bad sandwich. Thank you.
