Verify that a large order is correct! The sandwiches were great, but we ordered $155 dollars worth of sandwiches, and didn’t get 3 of them. That’s a bummer when trying to feed everyone at a birthday party. Worst part was, one of those sandwiches was the birthday girl’s and she is a picky eater. She just ate chips.

Personally for years Ive gotten the same sandwich and only one time has there been a problem. The bread was well over baked and shouldn’t have been served. Other than that, today myself and 2 guests had lunch and during that time one of the crew started dusting over head on the signs which we didnt need dust falling onto our food. Just requesting more thought on the crews cleaning habits when diners are inside eating. Thankyou

Any sandwich place that can’t do toasted subs on wheat bread (especially in the Midwest) is either incompetent or selling you premade frozen options.

Terrible place and ownership. I would order from another sandwich place if possible. They will take your money and not deliver your order without notice which will in turn leave you out of money and time. Very disappointing maybe the Omaha location is better but definitely choose something different if you want a good experience.

The delivery guys are always so kind – the food is going downhill though. A $13 meal incurs tax and a $6 delivery fee! I won’t be ordering delivery anymore – can’t afford the fee and the tip on top of the fee.

Jimmy John’s started advertising toasted sandwiches, which is great because I only eat toasted sandwiches! I went in and asked for my sandwich to be toasted and was told they couldn’t toast my sandwich. I had to order something different but then modified it to match what I was going to order so they would put it in the toaster. You have a toaster, so why can’t any sandwich get toasted? Regardless, bread with ham and cheese went in the toaster so why did it have to be difficult and told no in the first place?

I’ve gone 5 different times to this Jimmy John’s in Fremont and no matter how many times I repeat my order to make sure they get it right, they ALWAYS mess it up and I’m honestly so tired of it. I used to love Jimmy John’s but I didn’t want to drive all the way to Elkhorn every time I wanted it. Fremonts Jimmy John’s is close and convenient but they never make my sandwich right. They will repeat exactly what I said and STILL mess it up. Having a sheet with everything needed to make the sandwich and still messing it up is pretty pathetic. You need to hire people who actually will do their job.

I have ordered JJ from multiple locations throughout the US. This location on multiple visits has taken a long time and gotten orders wrong. This last time it took over 50 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. There were at 5 people working in there. I don’t understand why they would take this long. Figure out a better process! Maybe only have drive thru for pickup orders here, as the drive thru was severely backed up and at this location the drive thru was an afterthought.

I ordered a veggie sandwich to bring to my wife. I requested extra tomatoes and cucumbers. When I got it to my wife, after she finished work, she found on this large sub, there was a TOTAL of 3 tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices. This was second time this happened. Very disappointing. I don’t think I would go back.

Me and my mom did a delivery and we called them once after 30 minutes and they said the food was still cooking. We wait for over an hour for our food.
