This restaurant needs serious help. First, they made us wait about 15 minutes for our order because they had run out of cucumbers for a couple of orders before us, and they simply could not fill our order even though it didn’t require cucumbers. Then, they gave my husband a salad with no dressing. They have the right door locked, so every right-handed person has to use the left door. And finally, there is something wrong with the spring on the door so it slams loudly every time someone comes in, which was constant during the dinner hour. What an unpleasant experience!

I ordered for curbside pickup for a sandwich called turkey Tom no lettuce with extra turkey extra Mayo add provolone cheese. So I went there for the first time and the lady that brought it out basically threw the sandwich at me and walked away saying nothing after I said thank you. I get back and open the sandwich to realize there is no provolone cheese and maybe 3 slices of turkey so I call back and tell them what’s going on they say ok come back to get another one. I go back and the dude that brought out the 2nd sandwich with a nasty demeanor says you have to swap me with the old sandwich first so I did that and said nothing. I get back to open this one and they literally put the same amount of turkey as the first time and a half a piece of cheese basically the same time as the first. What a disgusting and nasty overall experience from the employees towards me on top of the awful quality issues with the food items.

I have been to this place a couple of times. The cashier is the rudest person ever. She has no people skills and should not be working the register. It’s not just one time it has been multiple times. She has made this my last visit to this location. Her attitude is just nasty and rude.

Lot better than Topeka 21sr and Gage! Friendly busy staff when I went in with little time between sons basketball games. Got us in and out fast. They did such a good job I didn’t even ask for military discount.

They were very busy (not a big deal for me), we watched two customers walk. When we ordered an unwich for my daughter, we informed them that she was celiac and allergic to dairy. They were very confused or frustrated to have to change out gloves… I’m not entirely sure. The unwich was tiny and was a disappointment. There was one price of lettuce that didn’t wrap it. Also, it wasn’t wrapped the normal way, so it opened up like it shows in the photo.

I don’t know why I continue to order from this location. The food takes more than 1 and 1/2 to be delivered each time. This time the soda was not even cold. We are required to tip through the app but if the food is late or not prepared well why should I be required to tip. A tip should be based on customer experience. All mine have been bad.

I used to frequent this location until 2019. On two separate occasions I waited over 1.5 hours for my food, that was roughly 2 miles from my work place, if that. I was told the first time it was because they were lacking drivers and liked to group orders that were going to the same location – that was fine and i understood not having my food delivered “freaky fast”. The second time the drivers car apparently broke down and they had to wait – OK. But i was never told, and was met with rudeness. Fast forward to today- May of 2021 – Two years later… SAME issue. A coworker of mine order us sandwiches at 11:55am. We did not receive said sandwiches until 1:17pm. We were told at 12:33pm that our order would be in the next batch sent out… I wanted to give them another chance, but this location has lost my business for good.

So I tried to give them a second chance. I ordered my sandwich at 1152 am. It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t received my food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THE STAFF IS RUDE AS WELL.

More like freaking slow delivery. When it said it was out for delivery, it took an additional hour and 15 min to arrive. Don’t take orders you can’t fulfill in a reasonable time frame.

Placed an order well over an hour ago. Nothing. Called the store because I do understand they might be busy. Guy answers phone as hello and not the place of business so I wasn’t sure if I even had the right place. I did and when I asked about my order the person on the phone said oh I made your order and it left but I don’t know how long it will be. Such poor customer service
