I have ordered from this store 100 plus time with delivery…after waiting over an hr with no call…I call and ask about my food and I’m told I’m out of the delivery area?!?!?!? This is such a lie!!! I’ve given this location countless chances. If they weren’t so close to my home and the highway I would have given up a long time ago. Since the pandemic this locations employees have gone down the tank. Jimmy John’s is know for being “freaky fast” however this location is the slowest one in town. (I’ve even received a free cookie before, after an employee recognized his coworkers were taking forever.) My last complaint goes out to the rather large man who started probably six months ago… this man literally gave me the most dumbfounded look when I requested my sandwich to have cucumbers and to be sliced in half. He held up the cucumber and told me it was already cut, I thought he was joking and so I laughed… then I explained I simply wanted my sandwich cut in half and he still didn’t cut it… I give up.

Got a turkey sandwich and it hit the spot. No complaints here. I also used a mobile coupon to save a couple bucks. If not for receiving a discount, I think JJ’s is usually kind of too pricey for the sandwich value you get. If I was to ever need food immediately, “like…seriously, I for real can’t wait another second because, I’m starving-to-death right now”, it would definitively-always be one of my go-to places. That’s the “value” in their sandwiches. Their people are saving lives. And, life is a valuable thing. Thank you

The last 3 times I’ve ordered here…and I order st least 2-4 times a week my orders have been wrong EVERY TIME, whether it be one of the sandwiches or all of them…I will NOT be coming back very disappointed…I even verified my order was only ham,cheese,and mayo when they handed me my sandwich today and they said yup..well I got home and had probably 5-6 tomatoes on it which my husband CANT eat at all

Even though I love Jimmy John’s Sandwiches, I don’t think I’ll ever order it again. Ordered $30 worth of food delivery, 1 hour later it said it was delivered but no food at my door. Called in and Luke said to call him back tomorrow so they could prove i wasn’t lying by asking the driver where he left the food. Called the next day, Luke wasn’t there. So I’m just going to forget my $30 and never call Jimmy John’s again
