As a former JJ manager of several years I always have higher expectations than most when I go in to a JJs. Never have I had an issue with this location. The staff are always friendly and in a great mood. My food has always been perfect and done quickly. The store always looks presentable and usually smells like fresh bread. Today I went in and before I could pay the gentleman making my sandwich sat it down next to me and said “sorry it took so long”. Again a perfect sandwich. I’m so glad this location is close to home. Just wish it was a little closer so I could be in the delivery range lol.

I’ve visited this Jimmy John’s location many times now.
On my latest visit I placed an order ahead in the app for 1 sandwich, which I have done many times. Usually my order is ready in the 10 min or less it takes me to get there ( and 1 time I had to wait a couple minutes). But this time I got there about 10 min after I ordered and then had to wait in the store for 17 more min. Definitely not freaky fast this time.
The sandwich was very tasty once I did get to eat it though!

I order here quit often… The staff has always been so great. I have them deliver to my office and they are always so fast with the delivery as well as being so pleasant… my favorite place with the best experience…

Loved the chips and Picklewich once I got them. It was Halloween, and the staff was dressed up, which was great. But I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, while the staff talked and joked around. And no, it was not busy when I placed my order. When I left, there was a line of 4 people. There was also a lack of cleanness in the work station.

We ordered online, one 16” and one regular sandwich. They accidentally delivered only two regulars sandwich’s. We called to let them know and they immediately sent us a driver with a new sandwich. Plus the deliveries were fast & professional. Food was amazing! Amazing staff!

Wow Jimmy John’s I am SORELY disappointed… I have a friend here from outside the US that wanted to try Jimmy John’s for the first time and we arrived there at 10:24 PM. Everywhere I could find said that they were open until 11:00 PM (Google, Yelp, Facebook, even their website). We drove up, she got out… and the doors were locked. I went and double checked everything because their lights were still on and they turned the lights off in front of us. We saw the employees that were in there just milling around, talking and cleaning. What I can only assume happened is that they locked the front doors to deter customers so that they could get out of there as soon as 11 hit. There were at least 2 other cars that pulled up while we were there double checking and tried the doors and left after finding them locked. We were about to leave when we saw an employee walk through the side door so we went in the side way. Every single one of the staff members gave us dirty looks as we walked in and they didn’t come over and get her order for a few minutes so we were left standing there. She ended up finally getting a sandwich but said that this whole thing just left a really bad taste in her mouth when it came to Jimmy John’s. As a former food industry worker, I understand the appeal to just lock the doors to clean but c’mon.

Foods typically good and quick, but I think they’ve lost my business for good based on their business practices. The first issue I noticed was when my wife had ordered a sub and asked for one of the meats to be left off. Turns out they THROW IT AWAY. Why in gods name would you not just use that for a different sandwich instead of wasting it? Seems small, but that has to amount to a pretty considerable amount of good food just thrown in the trash for no reason. Most recently though, went in for new toasted sub. Turns out they wont toast all subs, just some and its “corporate policy”. Cool, Ill go to firehouse then
