I’ve never had a problem with this location, however today I used my lunch break to drive all the way across town to grab a number 6 (The Veggie) I love them.. I got back to work and noticed there wasn’t much on it.. then I looked closer and they put pickles on it in place of cucumbers.. seems like it could’ve been a simple mix up maybe but also like they just needed to restock their fixings based on what the rest of the sandwich looked like too. I guess I’ll eat the bread lol

Had the experience of going thru the drive thru and confirming twice what my order was only to finally sit down to eat an hour later and finding that I had been given an entirely different sammich, one that I couldn’t even eat because of food sensitivities. I gave it to my dad and went to get a replacement, only to not even be charged on account of it having been a mistake. So my first experience went from awful to wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning.

edit: the last several times I have tried them the orders have been messed up. call Dan to let them know and was supposed to get a credit but that could not be found. luckily the when employee was still gracious enough to trust me an honor what I was supposed to get. as a whole, the quality seems to have dropped dramatically on their sandwiches though.. so would I still say the sandwiches are very good.. sadly, no.

Would love to post a positive response, and normally it is, we buy alot of sandwiches here, myself and our kids had been in the fields all day with incredible heat and my wife decided to order 9 sandwiches to bring home so we could have something cold and refreshing for supper, only to drive 30 minutes home and discover 1/3 of our order was missing. After calling and finally convincing someone it wasn’t there and then driving 30 minutes back to town to finally pick up the missing sandwiches, not a single I’m sorry for your trouble or a bit of remorse from anyone in the store, just a grumpy face and here’s your sandwiches as they shoved the box at her. I’m certainly glad there is another sandwich shop going in town, because it doesn’t seem JJ cares if they get our business or not. Absolutely fed up right now.
