Tried the burger and the hawaiin mash mac thing and they weren’t my preference, however everything else was… especially the noodles and desserts. Combo noodles and Fried bananas with strawberry dipping sauce were the best hands down. The waitress was awesome and not bad looking either. Best part was the personality of both the food and the waitress as well

Delicious Potato Mac and egg roll! Beef and rice were on the dry side but tasted delicious! Feels like inside the store is decorated for children. Try their dessert rolls! They will melt in your mouth and taste delicious. Will be back soon!

My first visit, stopped in for lunch on a Thursday with two friends. We all got Bento boxes. My friends selected the chicken teriyaki (they said was very good) and I got the beef bulgogi. The shrimp tempura was wonderful as was the gyoza, the beef bulgogi and the Korean style fried rice. Then our server Stephanie talked us into getting the cheesecake egg rolls for dessert with the raspberry sauce and it was so delicious. We will be back again.

New to town and have been trying all the restaurants and this is hands down my favorite. Owner and workers are so friendly. Tried the Seoul burger my first time there and it was sooo delicious and unique. Got it takeout and ate it on my lunch at work and had all my coworkers jealous by how good it smelled. Love this place and will definitely keep coming back.

We brought some Canadian family to Copa Kitchen while they were visiting and wanted them to try something local—and wow, what a great choice! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and quirky, and it set the tone for what turned out to be one of our favorite meals in Arizona.
Our waitress, Stephanie, was an absolute gem—energetic, helpful, and genuinely delightful. She made us feel so welcome and added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable.
The food was incredibly tasty with creative flavors that still felt comforting and familiar. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. Copa Kitchen definitely surprised us in the best way possible!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great local spot in Maricopa.

This was our first dine-in experience and oh my goodness I can’t believe we didn’t try it sooner! Our server, Stephanie, was so welcoming, funny, and accommodating! Three honorable mentions: crab rangoons – must try! So phenomenal! Cheesecake egg rolls – DELICIOUS! Soju Sippers – sooo yummy try the green apple! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming:) We will absolutely be back for Rangoon Tuesdays (75¢ rangoons) and hope to become regulars with our fave server (Stephanie!)

Tonight was our first visit and will be the first of many more. We started with the spring rolls which were not tradition with shrimp and crab mix that was amazing flavor. The egg drop soup was described as “the best I’ve ever had”. For our main meals we had the ribeye bulgogi and traditional Korean sauce bone-in wings. Everything was perfection with amazing flavors that didn’t overwhelm the meal but also didn’t leave you wanting more. I’m already looking forward to the next visit so I can move on to another menu item and have my next palate pleasing experience. Service was excellent and she was very friendly and very helpful to our choices.

I love this place. Good Asian food. Wonderful staff. I think my pics speak for themselves. The food tastes just as good as it looks.

This place has got to be Maricopa’s best kept secret because when I walked through the door, it was empty inside… This should NOT be the case with this eatery. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly and the food, oh my Lord the food was just as amazing! What’s even better is that board of meals that other patrons purchased to “pay it forward” for those who just don’t know where their next meal might come from. My hope if that the next time I eat at this amazing establishment, I’m forced to wait in line because the secret has gotten out about this place.

First and last time to this restaurant. I want to try it out. I ordered Korean sauce chicken wings 1 out of 10 and chicken fried rice 2 out of 10. The wings were too salty and a little spicy. The wings were by the pound, but I can purchased uncooked whole wings for $16 for 4.46lbs at Fry’s. The fried rice was dry and tasteless. I make better fried rice at home. My son ordered honey garlic wings and beefy Seoul noodles. The noodles were an 8 out of 10. The wings were light on flavors 5 out of 10. Moving on to the next restaurant in Maricopa.
