Ordered online to pickup at 12:35. Didn’t get my food until almost 1 pm. They took 5 walk ins orders before even starting on my order. I would have more empathy if they appeared to be understaffed but there were 3 people working behind the counter. Super frustrating experience.

I no joke waited 25 minutes to order . Yes I know because I don’t have very long for lunch so I kept my eye on the clock and I really waited 25 minutes just to order . No there was not a big line out side or inside . It was just the employees don’t know how to manage there time and efforts but they kept prioritizing things they shouldn’t have and making everyone wait

Food was done just right. The employees were very busy on Sunday afternoon. All the tables were filled by the time it was our turn to order. We had a large group, and everyone was attended to with respect and patience.

Didn’t even get what I ordered. Went through the drive through, could barely hear the employee and they couldn’t hear me at all despite my car being turned off and borderline yelling into the speaker. Get home, my rotisserie chicken on wheat was actually chicken breast on white. Not returning.

I really wish I took pictures of the place. There was trash everywhere, tables were dirty. I didn’t even want to approach the restroom. I got unsweet tea and it tasted like soapy water. Subway has been my go-to for healthy food. Soapy water in the tea is not healthy! Trash and food on the floor that attracts flies from outside is definitely not healthy. Come on Subway. Get your act together, please !

I go to Subway everyday, a lot of the workers look exhausted, except for the girl with red hair. She is the absolute best! A sweetheart, she has the kindest soul and is so radiant, she makes me go back everyday. So sad that people mistake her kindness for other intentions:(

Not impressed, mostly with the service. Food was average. Store hours stated it was open until 8. Arrived at 7:30 and the door was locked. Had to use the drive through. In the drive through, was informed that the toaster was already off so only cold sandwiches. Then they had to unlock the bars on the window to say that they were out of bread for one of the sandwiches…

I ordered online, got a call from the server due to oven maintenance two of my subs could not be made, another product was not available so, I requested a refund, he was rude condescending and was demeaning me as a customer, stated refund will take a week for my money. I asked for the manager he declined, I asked for the manager’s name he declined, I asked for his name he declined, I asked him to do his job he said no then he hung up on me, refused to answer my call back. I cant cancel my order, I can’t have my products, and he won’t even answer my calls. I didn’t know the subway was this way, I didn’t expect this store to decline customers to give their money back. every time I try to talk he would cut me off, he said he was just doing his job to understand him, when I asked him to understand the frustration of a customer he was not willing to listen and cut me off. I am very disappointed with this store, they are always rude and just because they won’t get in trouble they do this, how can they do this to a customer. Went to two different locations. The one in Del Rio on Veterans Blvd was definitely not a good experience, tension and hostility in the air. Food was good, but very terrible service!!
The one in Bracketville Tx., top notch. Great food and great service. The lady was very nice and had a great attitude. Can’t wait to go back.
