This is the 2nd time at this location, I order an unwhich thru the app for pick up on the app, get my food come home and see literally one small lettuce leaf as the wrap, 1 piece of cucumber and pickle and a little shredded lettuce. I order from different locations 2-3 times biweekly and never had an issue. $10 plus for this is ridiculous

The initial order taker and the manager were rude when I asked for an estimated time of arrival. The MANAGER doesn’t know how his food is coming out? Embarrassing.
The order took almost an hour for a shop that is 5 minutes away from my location. Upon arrival the driver was so rude, everyone in the bar noticed her sour attitude. They poked holes in my sandwich (See image). Truly disgusting.

Check your order before you leave. This Jimmy Johns in Lyons (1st Avenue and Ogden) will pawn off someone else’s order on you and not give you a receipt, so that you can’t prove their mistake. How do I know they did this on purpose? Because I was handled the sandwich as I was putting my change away. This is a store that needs to fail. They are not customer focused.

Today me and my parents ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 potato salads, 2 brownies, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips. Oh and a pickle. It was all made quickly and correctly, and packed neatly into a box.
I cant remember the girl’s name (which I should have asked! I forgot) but she held the door open for me and was very kind. I appreciate everyone who works here, you’re all very kind and really really good at your jobs!! I’ve never seen a better crew.
Not sure how much you all get paid– regardless of what the amount is, you all deserve a raise.

Placed an order on Feb 3, 2022, driver forgot my fresh loaf of bread. Offered to run back to the store and deliver or would credit my payment. I told driver to just issue me a credit. WELL, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
I placed another order on Feb. 15, 2022, ordered another fresh loaf of bread, and I shouldn’t have been surprised when my order was delivered, Yep, NO FRESH LOAF OF BREAD AGAIN!
I called the store spoke to the manager who by the way TOLD ME HE WAS SUBMITTING A CREDIT FOR ME FOR $15.00. I never received a refund with my online payment, and checked my JJ account and nothing there with regards to a credit.
Manager is a liar and a joke!
This store doesn’t read over their online orders to be sure they are complete before they are delivered. ** Fresh bread is the 1st item listed on my receipt. Don’t claim to be fast with delivery when you forget items! I’ve had issues with their oatmeal raisin cookies too.

Use to be good service their food is good but their delivery time is the worst 30 minutes to make a sandwich 1 hour waiting for delivery and my food did not get here because the driver was delivering to LaGrange first since most of their orders come from that location, thats what the girl told me.Talk about discriminating my area. I do not recommend it. Last time i buy here you went from a 5 to a 1 due to customer service and you lost a customer. And i know you dont care like the person i talk to pretty much let me know, when i canceled my order. And get this i order from cicero thru UBER and i got it in 5 minutes.

I order from here all the time – the food is consistently EXTREMELY fresh, my orders are always 100% correct and neatly delivered, and everything is done very, very quickly; so when I get my sub it’s still nice and cold, my Coke has ice in it, and even my choco-chip cookie is wrapped well so that it stays soft. These guys are perfect!

I come through here quite frequently and every once and a while I treat myself and my family to jimmy johns and I’m sorry subway but these guys make you taste the difference. From the fresh ingredients to the detailed app that lets you design your perfect sandwich it’s all great. The workers are great and work very fast. There’s a few times they forgot to cut my sandwich or give me napkins but those are things I can live with. There’s also a Starbucks next door and I kid you not we place a mobile order in the Starbucks drive through and it’s done by the time we get our drinks from starbucks. If that’s not fast I don’t know what is. I hope the company appreciates their amazing employees cause I do

Freaky fast delivery my aunt Fannie. I suppose it should be OK to wait an hour when your told the driver is backed up on deliveries. I’d of got dressed and picked it up if I would of known it would of taken so long.
