I have been searching for a place with great a eggplant dish for my vegetarian father. We used to live in Toronto and the Bay Area and miss good Chinese food. This place did not disappoint! It has super friendly staff and absolutely delicious and amazing food!
The vegetable spring rolls were crisp and not greasy, unlike other places where you have to soak up the oil in napkins before you eat them. The eggplant was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, the jalapeño chicken was fantastic, and I had to make myself stop eating the vegetable chow mein (and I don’t normally care for most vegetables). Absolutely worth the drive from Maricopa! I will continue to beg you to open a restaurant there too!

This place is amazing! The food is awesome — don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ve been in AZ for years and have traveled through many states, and I haven’t been able to find good pork fried rice anywhere except NY or CA… until now. This place nailed it!
I also tried their house chow mein — absolutely off the charts. The wonton soup was superb, and every other item I ordered was just fantastic. Highly recommend!
Can’t wait to try the other side of the menu — if it’s anything like what I already had, it’s going to be amazing!

Solid mid-tier Chinese; no idea why so many have rated this so highly. Staff is nice.
Food was a mixed bag; the veggie options and shrimp, chicken and pork fried rice were good but the double cooked pork was greasy and subpar.
Portion sizes are generous so if you order a dish per person, it will last you two meals (except for big eaters).
So manage your expectations and enjoy.

Customer service was great, they made a custom dish for me. I liked the mixed veggies with a spicy brown sauce and the chicken egg rolls were good too.

Hubby and I decided to try this place based on the stellar reviews and honestly, we were disappointed. I had the hot and sour soup and the house chow mein. Hubby got sweet and sour chicken. First we were a bit shocked at the price, $47 for that! The sweet and sour chicken was fine, good but not great. The chow mein was tasty, yet greasy. The biggest disappointment was the hot and sour soup. Generally, the heat is supposed to come from white pepper. But this soup was loaded with red chili flakes which made it spicy in the wrong way. They also described it containing chicken, but I didn’t see any chicken, just a ton of bamboo shoots and and overpowering scent of sesame oil. For the price, we felt it wasn’t worth it, we won’t be ordering here again. From now on we’ll stick to old faithful, hot wok.

Ordered a whole bunch of dishes and had it family style with my friends. Delicious. The shrimp and wood ear dish was amazing, the shrimps were fresh and a nice size. The string bean dish is a standard sichuanese dish that always goes well with rice.
It is a small unassuming spot and a great value for the delicious food you’d get.
Definitely would go back again and try new things.

First time here, and we just had an AMAZING dinner at this place. I could tell that the people who work here care very much about their customers, and both servers were friendly and willing to customize my dish (I like things ludicrously spicy, and they were happy to oblige). The Mapo Tofu and Yu Xiang Eggplant were very flavorful and came in good portion sizes. Basically this restaurant was the perfect blend of top-notch food and wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great authentic Chinese/ Sichuan food cooked great quality ingredients. The dishes are always very flavorful with the right amount of spices. If you like spicy, the Sichuan food here is done right. The menu is fairly large and there are many dishes that can be tried. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Highly recommend the boneless Chongqing spicy chicken & braised eggplant. The chicken has such an addictive flavor with a perfect heat level & classic sichuan peppercorn tingle. It’s like the best spicy popcorn chicken you’ve ever had! This small business is a hidden gem, obscured by an indescript building. But the food is great & the family that runs it is very friendly.

An authentic experience in an unexpected place. This restaurant not only offers the more well-known American-Chinese cuisine but, as the name implies, a large variety of authentic Sichuan dishes. We had to try our favorite well-known ones. The popular chongqing chicken was amazing with spicy and sichuan pepper tingling, and here it even comes boneless if requested. The twice-cooked pork was also great, but we have had better renditions. Finally, the yu xiang eggplant was the star of the meal; the flavor was deep, sweet, and savory; perfectly cooked and tender. Tucked-away in a strip mall without many food options, this restaurant provides an experience that warrants a detour.
