I came to Jimmy John’s for a sandwich and left questioning why the Picklewich isn’t already a national treasure. Somehow they convinced me that a giant pickle is a perfect replacement for bread — and honestly, they were right. The Triple Pickle Combo took it even further. At this point I think Jimmy John’s might actually be trying to pickle me from the inside out, and I’m not even mad about it.
And of course, everything was freaky fast — I think they had my order ready before I even finished saying “Picklewich.” Crunchy, hilarious, and delicious. Five stars, no notes.

Listen… I went in for a sandwich and walked out questioning my whole life. I tried that pickle sandwich and let me tell you—whoever thought of replacing bread with a giant pickle deserves a Nobel Prize. A Grammy. Maybe even a Grammy.
That thing was crunchy, juicy, and somehow made me feel both healthy and reckless at the same time. I’ve never felt so alive eating a sandwich that wasn’t even technically a sandwich. 10/10 experience.
The workers were cool too—fast, friendly, and acting like handing me a pickle torpedo was just another Tuesday. The vibes inside were great, the place was clean, and I swear the air even smelled like ambition and freshly sliced greatness.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I order the pickle sandwich again? Without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this location today. I was immediately greeted upon entering by a very friendly voice, welcoming me in! The gentleman that took my order was extremely professional, and just overall did a great job. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and I could tell that everyone that was working there enjoyed their jobs, they were in sync, 100%, an absolute well oiled machine, which comes from management and trickles down to the employees. Thank you to all of you at this location, I definitely will be back next time. I’m in the area.

Yeah I come here everyday to get lunch during my break from work. They’re always so fast, I use the app (by the way, could not recommend the app more) and I order as I am leaving my work building, the drive to the place is no more than 2 or 3 minutes away but if they aren’t yet done with my order, they’re bagging it up just in time to hand it to me. Employees are always so polite, even sometimes when there’s a new employee being trained and the sandwich is slower to come out, they’re always exceptionally polite. I don’t like to take long breaks from work, so their speed lets me leave the office to make the sandwich round trip in literally less than 5 minutes.

“Lilly” who’s claims to be a manager tonight 9/9/25, is someone who’s hung up on me now three times tonight,once “accidentally”, twice thinking she was probably being funny and cool in front of her friends. Requesting the at least $10 proven missing extras I’ve paid for. This isn’t the first time this has happened and in the past it’s not a big deal to credit my account, but wow!!Never have I experienced such disrespect from someone who was in the wrong. I did not place an order but encountered an interaction that left me appalled! Someone at my place of work made a delivery order and the driver waited at the front desk because “she didn’t tip can you see if she’s going to” Once we checked in the back, she said she left a tip online, When we came back and told the driver, she told us “wow no she didn’t tip and now she wasted my time.” I understand drivers make money off their tips but to expect a tip and make a scene at a place of work is not acceptable.

I love Jimmy John’s! I have been eating their sandwiches my whole life, and it’s definitely up there in comfort food for me. All of the staff are very friendly and fast, yes the slogan is holds true! I tend to order for delivery and I am always satisfied with how fast it arrives. Big shoutout to Mike, who takes the time to text a photo of the drop off location and to wish me a great day. He is very sweet, and his effort to go the extra mile makes me smile every time 🙂

In this cafe Where are you looking boss all the employees are so rude, there is a thin girl, generally rude, he has gray headphones. In his ear. She does not hear at all what you say she does not care, and there is one narrow-eyed guy who also works there, generally impolite and rude. Where are you looking I do not advise anyone to come here here management. Where are you looking for such employees who are rude they I am surprised.

They screw up 3 sandwiches and only would “replace” them. Would not just give me my money back. After speaking the manager he hung up on me. I called back 8 times and they just put me on hold for over 15 minutes.

I had to go to the store since the manager just put me on hold and the manager immediately called the cops lieing and saying I was harassing him. I start video recording before I walked in and the police made him give me a refund.
That manager should not be employed.
