I really appreciate the ease of ordering online and picking up the food when I’m in a hurry. We had several different orders, including my keto-friendly Unwich, and everything was done very well. Ordered two sandwiches today. After 35 minutes finally got them, HOWEVER, after calling the “manager” so she said anyway, she would not apologize for any of the three errors in my order! ONE huge one was that my entire credit card number was written on the receipt for any employee and driver to see! NOT GOOD business! We asked for mustard packets, got none. Won’t go back to THIS franchise! Especially since the “manager” wasn’t even apologetic!!
