I can’t tell you how the food was because I ordered it at 2:30 and at 4 o’clock it still didn’t arrive. Freaky fast????? I mean terrible. You only have 1 driver. You excepted me to eat a sandwich that been sitting at your store then in a car for over an hour. Couldn’t tell you tho I had to cancel it cuz I didn’t want food that’s sitting there for over an hour and a half. When I called and cancelled the order he sounded very rude and very condescending. 0 stars if I could.

DONT GO HERE!!, I ordered the jalapeño wrap in the number five sandwich for delivery and when I received it it was soggy. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she refused to give me my refund. Please do not go here unless you want a soggy old stepped on sandwich.This place sucks and is very dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible. This place seriously needs to close down because they have messed up my order multiple times and I have always received a soggy old looking sandwich and has been rude to other customers in front of me when I was in line. They are very disrespectful and one of the employees that worked there was swearing at a customer because a customer got upset about an order instead of going about it a different way. It was also another incident where a customer was upset about their sandwich and asked for them to remake it three times and when the employee was done making the sandwich a third time he threw it at the customer. I couldn’t believe my eyes it was unbelievable. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WHAT TERRIBLE FOOD AND WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

It was an hour before I received my food. I am in retail and trust me I understand when we’re shortstaffed. What they should be doing is letting callers know in advance, that they are running a little behind or down to one driver. We can plan accordingly and not have to miss out on your entire lunch because your food was received an hour later.

I’ve had several issues at this location. Each time my sandwich was incorrect. I received a credit each time but, it’s disappointing when you get back to work, and your sandwich is not what you ordered. The last experience was when I visited the store. I walked in, and each employee including the cashier stared at me. The cashier was a tall guy and It was a weird encounter. He starred at me and said nothing. No one acknowledged me. I will not visit this location again. Oh, the guy had a hole in his jeans, and no one was wearing a mask.

If you don’t like Jimmy John’s, don’t go here. If you like Jimmy John’s, this is the place for you. The service and atmosphere are typical for a Jimmy John’s. If you want something more in the way of atmosphere and service go to Gibson’s or some other full-service place.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been too. 15 minutes for one sandwich. But worse, no one is wearing a mask to prepare the food. Doesn’t make me feel too comfortable. Big tall older guy, looks like the owner, no thank you or any facial expression when he hands me my food. He looked stressed out. I said thank you to him and he was silent. Not the usual experience at other Jimmy Johns.
