I was told I’d have to buy a “better sandwich” than the Turkey Tom to get it toasted. That’s my favorite sandwich. It’s the best to me. Does that mean I need to spend more on a sandwich to get toasted? I offered to pay for the option and was still denied.

I won’t order online again. It took 45 mins for an online pickup order for 2 sandwiches. I never got a confirmation that it was ready and almost missed my break. When I got in it was very slow, but the staff barely look up, just pointed at the shelf. They may have had a huge order, I’m not sure, but service has been going down at this location since the online pickup started. They are not fast anymore and the quality of the food and service is getting worse.

They must have ran out of turkey because both mine and my wife’s sandwich only had one pice or turkey on them. $23 for 2 sandwiches nothing else and they have no meat! Definitely won’t go back we will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on.

Placed an order online for 2 sandwiches picked them up and left this happened on 12/15/2025 when the sandwiches were unwrapped neither one of them had meat. I understand mistakes happened, placed a call to the store, explained what happened. The crew member told me that in order to fix it I needed to go back and bring back the sandwiches to have them put meat on it. This is un acceptable, the 2 options should have been to either remake my order or give me a refund, a request had to come from my end to have a refund instead. This goes against food handling standards once food leaves a prep line it should never be taken back if something was missing. I am now concerned over the sanitation and safety standards of the establishment. If they wanted proof I could have brought the sandwiches back to show they lacked meat but they should have been discarded nonetheless instead they wanted to take food that had left not only the prep line but the establishment itself and be brought back into the prep line to fix it? Clear show of lack of food handling in the store

Ordered one tuna sandwich on the app. Picked up, got back to work and found that my tuna sandwich is a warm ham sandwich. No time to go back out and I don’t eat ham. Will stick with the JJs on 171st in Tinley.

We ordered delivery for our lunch break on Friday. The order took 45 minutes to arrive, so we completely missed our lunch time. When we called the store, we were told that the order was on its way; but it didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes. Will never order from here again.

The Orland Park location is no longer freaky fast. We miss the Jimmy John’s delivery we had all last summer. Now they are using Uber and it takes over 45 minutes sometimes longer. Not worth it in the extra fees for delivery.
