I love good pizza, so it’s easy to love this place. Their ‘hefty crust’ is just thick enough not to be too doughy or cracker thin. The sausage, pepperoni add some spice to the pie, but their sauce also packs a bit of a bite. And thankfully, even on a regular pie, there’s plenty of sauce. They also don’t skimp on the cheese. There is a wonderful crunch to the edges, like you get with Detroit style pizzas.
Man, this is some good pizza! Why haven’t I eaten here sooner? I can’t wait to back for more.

I have travelled to many places and sampled the local pizza at nearly each one, and rarely do I find myself unsatisfied afterward. However, the food here wasn’t quite up to par. While the pizza had a good flavor, it was sliced VERY sloppily, resulting in eight different-sized slices. Had I shared this pizza with anyone else, there would likely have been an issue regarding how to evenly divide it.
The garlic parmesan breadsticks I ordered were especially disappointing; though they looked and smelled good upon unwrapping them, they quickly became cold and tough.
I wish I had better things to say about this place. ☹️

Update: Hours are still a bit crazy coocoo . But it’s (food) still very good when they are open, employees are polite and caring. Good deals. Just disappointed still that hours are still not the best. Otherwise they are growing..

I will give the guy credit he was very nice to me. I had stopped in for a bite to eat while I waited for my car to be repaired. The guy was super nice to me, and I’m not dissing the customer service one bit.
But oh my God, was the food ever bad. The pizza had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I just got a couple of slices to go. And when I opened it up, it looked really bad. I doused it in Parmesan cheese
The pizza was Bland beyond belief and super dry. Honestly, I have had school lunchroom cafeteria pizza that tasted better than this. I do not recommend this place for food.

Wings are amazing and chocolate chip cookies are perfection. Flavor, quantity and quality of toppings on the garden veggie pizza with added gyro meat were great…but the pizza was undercooked by a lot. Onions and peppers were still completely crunchy and cool, cheese was just barely melted and the crust was honestly closer to dough. there is an option to order the pizza” well done” that I’ll definitely check in the future. However, even though this is my first Pizza Pit pizza, I think this was unintentionally to raw and probably not the way they usually do them. I guess the good news is that we had a lot of leftover pizza, and the rawness made reheating it taste like fresh pizza instead of reheated. I think this was probably a random occurrence, and I will definitely order from this place again.

Pizza Pit has always been a staple for myself and my family. The pizza is always great and the service is excellent every time we go in to pick up our order. Plus, if you’re in the mood, they have ice cream! I’ll always recommend Pizza Pit, it’s a Madison area favorite!

Very disappointing. I grew up with Pizza Pit and have always liked them. I was happy when the westside location reopened. Unfortunately, our order tonight was a disaster. They didn’t do contactless delivery. I had to find a mask and sign a receipt. Who does that anymore? The driver said he was the general manager of the store, and was rude and unfriendly. He gave me a hard time about not shoveling, when it had snowed one inch and was still snowing. What are we supposed to do? Also, the wings were small and generic breaded style. No drummies. The side sauce was so bad , we used leftover Glass Nickel sauce. I miss the old Pizza pit/ extreme wings. The pizza was like cardboard. Cold and unappetizing. Not good. Almost no sauce, and an insane amount of sausage. Not at all balanced. We would have been better with a $5 frozen pizza. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from this company again, unless a new, better ownership takes over.

After not having Pizza Pit for almost 20 years due, to a bad experience, we tried it again when we heard it was under new management. I am so glad we did. It was back to the original tasting Pizza Pit and it was awesome! We have enjoyed it many times since. I highly recommend!
