I have to get my sandwiches toasted(preg) and I’ve never been more disgusted in my life It looks like my mayo was put on before it was put in the toaster my lettuce is brown and wilted.

When a veggie sandwich cost over 8 bucks you would think the bread would atleast be in tact. It was literally falling apart! And the other side of the cut sandwich had barely any bread on one side!

I had to update my review after a disappointing experience. My wife and I went into this location and ordered two sandwiches. What we weren’t told was that they were in the middle of a large catering order, which resulted in a much longer wait than expected. We waited about 15 minutes for two sandwiches, and a gentleman who ordered before us waited even longer.
While waiting, I overheard a delivery driver come back inside to help make sandwiches and joke with a coworker about how long the customer had been waiting, which was pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear.
Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. Our sandwiches were not good at all—the tomatoes tasted like they were a couple of days past their prime, and the lettuce had a very unpleasant taste.
I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s and go there fairly often, but between the long wait, lack of communication, and poor food quality, this visit was not a good experience. Because of this, I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this location, or at to any

I always have to text upon arrival. I did not receive notifications that the delivery was on it’s way or had arrived. When I did get my sandwich which I paid >$9 for i found there were only 3 pieces of turkey. When I called the store I was told that was what they put on the sandwich. But when I researched I found the meat is supposed to be weighed. This location is seriously subpar, do NOT order from them.

Metal in your food. Not for human consumption. Be very careful here. When you get a sandwich check out the bottom closely where it’s on their baking sheets. You are eating metal. I ate 3/4 of this today before I saw what I was enjoying for lunch was metal. The district manager was at the store and couldn’t have cared less. Never would eat here again. Check your food! Absolutely calling the health department.

I ordered their new Boxed lunch and suffice to say that it’s the best fast food for under $12. In the lunch you recieve a sandwich (I ordered a JJBLT), pickle, chips, and a cookie! I wasn’t in need of a drink anyways so having one not included wasn’t a deal breaker-

Went in today to grab sandwiches for our football scrimmage and mentioned I have to put the sandwiches in my cooler bag. The younger blonde guy bagging the sandwich asked if I wanted them saran wrapped. Worked out perfect and kept the sandwiches from getting wet so they stayed nice and fresh. 10/10 service !

I paid $20 for a sandwich and asked for double meat portion . This is what I received. How cheap can you be with ingredients? I feel robbed. Overpriced and no substance
When I walked in to ask if the order was correct I was met with attitude by both employees and rude remarks in front of other guests. I walked away dissatisfied and genuinely embarrassed. Hire nicer staff. Not even an apology. What a shame.

I had a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s today! I want to give a shout-out to Kevin, who was working the counter around closing time. He was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a smile, and had my food ready in record time. I will always be back here!

I had an awful experience here. I came in with a $25 gift card and left with one sandwich and side, which cost $8.47. the next time I used my card, they said there is a zero balance. WHAT? THERE SHOULD BE 18.47 LEFT. I had a receipt that said AUTHORIZED DEBIT (WHAT?) AND MERCHANT COPY. In other words, the employee debited the rest for herself/himself/itself. That employee stole my money $18.47 and Nick, the franchise owner talked over me on the phone (RUDE), I’m now dealing with corporate. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF.
