Came to pick up a sandwich on April 11th around 8pm while picking up our son from Joyce’s driving school. Ordered one sandwich the beach club, the teen working said the transaction did not go through and needed to be run again. Then, she said it went through. Then my phone notified by text that the card was charged twice. She promised it wouldn’t post twice but it certainly did. Today, the male on the phone said they couldn’t do anything with the credit card and to call the bank. They would give us a credit for use in store – we politely declined as the sandwich we ordered was thrown away after a couple of bites for being stale and unfresh. Poor customer service.

I came in the store to pick up my sandwich I ordered online. Three employees were standing around doing nothing. Obviously I was confused which sandwich was mine since the delivery orders and pick up orders were right next to each other. One employee kept repeating No like 5 times when I went to look at the orders on the desk. Treated me like I was dog pretty much. The staff here are really rude and unprofessional. Not returning..

Hours listed said the store closes at 9 PM. Ordered take out through the app with no issue. Get to the store around 7:30 PM to find out it’s closed. Update your hours and don’t allow ordering from a closed store. Thanks.

Jimmy John’s is amazing! I really love all of their food on the menu. The smells of their delicious food are spreading all over the place. The food is made to order, all of it are fresh, and always new. They prepare and serve the orders so fast and quick. All of them are working really fast. The food will literally serve to you while it is hot and fresh. Very fast service. Everything went as expected. Their food is quality and delicious. Their staff is so friendly, nice, and decent. They will greet you once you enter the place and even guide you to the vacant spot. They all know how to accommodate all of their customers. Also they really care to all of their customers and give their best to satisfy all of the customers. Very personable staff. This place is really huge, so clean, and neat. The whole place has a lit vibe. It is very relaxing and comfortable. It is also near to many different place around. They got the perfect location because it is very accessible and so near. You all must give this place a try. Visit here and you will know exactly what I am saying right now. Jimmy John’s never disappoints. Great place for fast food and comfort food that will surely satisfy our cravings. I would really love to go back here again soon when I have some free time. Thank you for a wonderful service and experience guys! Keep it up!

I went here today for a sandwich, I ordered the turkey tom and the guy at the register asked if I wanted cheese and I asked is it extra he said yess so I just said sure I’ll get cheese( which should already be included on the sandwich))oh I forgot the employees there were sooo LOUD and obnoxious just being teenagers I guess but it’s a bit rude when there is customers ordering as well as people dinning in!! Fast forward to me eating my sandwich only to discover there is NO cheese that I paid extra for on the sandwich!!! I go back inside and the tall Hispanic lady who I guess was the manager who was very rude decided to ask me did I want her to give me a few pieces of cheese on the side to take and put on my sandwich!! When I explained to her I paid for it to be made on my sandwich and now you want to give me cheese to basically make my own sandwich, she then said we’ll just make you a new one!! That should have been the FIRST choice!! I would never eat here again, paying an extra $1.00 for two pieces of cheese is crazy to me anyway!!

I live in the area and have been ordering lunch from here frequently due to working from home the past year and not always having time to run out. There’s not much offered for delivery in the area, and this is the only Jimmy John’s location that delivers to me, but they have gotten my order wrong the last six times I’ve ordered from them. They either forget something or just completely give you the wrong item. My order usually costs around $13 and I tip like $4/$5 so it’s annoying paying close to $20 for a sandwich meal and not even getting what you ordered.

First, I’m a Jimmy John’s brand advocate and have made Jimmy John’s my lunch go-to for over a decade, as a result I visit Jimmy John’s locations all over the place. This particular Jimmy John’s is closest to my house and I would give anything to see improvements but it’s absolutely terrible. 1) It’s beyond slow. Any time of day, any day of the week.. there is ALWAYS a line. Usually a 10 minute wait or so. 2) The unsweetened tea has been rancid on more than one occasion.. not sure what they did to it but it made both me and my wife sick just smelling it. tasted to confirm it was definitely bad. 3) there is always trash in the floor behind the counter which is available as soon as you walk in (because of the angle of the room) – papers, meat, lettuce, all over the place back there.. definitely not what you want to see when you walk in. 4) the last few times I went (i don’t go to that location any more), they have had no chips. and this was over the period of weeks. Not sure if that’s a covid supply issue or not, but other locations had them. I now drive 4 miles out of the way if i want to go to Jimmy John’s to avoid this location. I should also mention, I’m a 48 year old male and run my own business and NEVER take the time to write and complain like this. I’m far from a Karen.. but with that rotten tea the last time I have had it with this location and want to see it meet Jimmy John’s standards for selfish reasons (it’s closest to me). UPDATE: Jimmy John’s main brand reached out to me and gave me the contact information for this location – so I filled out the contact form and basically restated this review… 2 months ago, no response. FYI, there is a Jimmy Johns in Schaumburg (less than 2 miles from this one) that has a drive through and awesome service.
