I stopped at the Jimmy John’s in Palatine on Euclid Ave. And, I was so happy about getting waited immediately and my sandwich was made quickly !!! The staff was so nice to me. I ordered a little John size veggie sandwich on Friday. I’m glad you have veggie sandwiches during this Lenten season for I observe no meat on Fridays during this season. Thank you Jimmy John’s !!!

Such a good experience! Traveling with family, and needed something healthy, so I stopped in to get an Unwich (lettuce wrap). Not only was the order fast, but the team communicated beautifully with each other and the customers. Restaurant was clean, food was fresh. Exactly what I needed!

I visited this location this afternoon with my daughter. The cashier was very friendly and extra kind to my daughter, which I appreciated. However, the food prep was unsanitary and concerning. A befuddled trainee was making our food and repeatedly leaned his apron fully onto our sandwiches while assembling them. He also used the sandwich knife to cut open plastic packaging on new turkey, pushing the plastic into the meat. I was uncomfortable enough that we left without our order. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had placed an online order for delivery and got some potato salad with my meal. Today is 12/26 but the potato salad was labeled for 12/24. I called the store and they were great and quick and remedying the issue. I just wanted to know if it was safe to eat but they offered to have someone deliver a new one to me , and even though I didn’t wanna make someone come out again, just for $3 potato salad, they insisted and said it was no problem. They also said I could toss it and they wouldn’t need proof of the date etc. Great customer service!

When I think of the name Vito, I no longer think of my old childhood friend from grade school. Now, I think of Jimmy John’s and one of my favorite sandwiches. Mmmmmmm, Vitooooo.
I stopped by this particular location at 430pm on a Tuesday. I was the only customer at the time and the employees were kind and cordial. My sandwich was prepared fresh and tasted just as I had expected. Now I just wonder if those childhood memories of my friend Tom will soon be replaced by their Turkey Tom sandwich.?. Only time will tell….

I don’t know who delivered my order, but they were very rude. Clearly he did not read the instructions I provided. I was being considerate with no contact because I am a little under the weather, yet after talking to him on the phone to guide him to an easily instructed location, he still shook his head and slammed my sandwich down. This is my first time having such a bad delivery driver. He needs to be reprimanded.

I’ve been her many times. They tend to forget all the ingredients that come on each sandwich. I’ll order the one sub that is supposed to have alot of bacon on it, and they will completely forget the bacon. Food is good, but make sure you check to make sure it’s right first.

Everytime I order by phone from this location, I am greeted by a nice, pleasant voice. All of the staff are polite and a pleasure to speak with. Max is usually the staff member that answers and he’s awesome. So are the delivery drivers, Jennifer and Chris. Other drivers have delivered to my location, however, I don’t know their names. I apologize. Honestly, each and every employee is awesome. I’ve never received a poor quality sandwich. The bread and veggies are always fresh and tasty. I always order the number fifteen, which is the Totally Tuna sandwich and it’s delicious. In my opinion, it’s the best tuna sandwich around! Jimmy John’s, thank you for not disappointing!

Twice now I’ve placed an order for delivery about 50 minutes before a train I need to catch. The store is 10 minutes from my house and I’m used to other locations having very fast delivery. Both times, my order took over an hour to arrive and I missed my train. I hoped the first time was a fluke but now that it’s happened twice it seems to be a pattern. In the words of my partner: “how long could it possibly take to make a sandwich?”
