Gross store. Flys all over the place. The front door is destroyed from someone driving through it, and they could care less to fix it (been that way for over a month now). No one greets you when you walk in, employees could care less about helping you, there is an absurd wait time for pick up.

Well the Host that greeted us didn’t act like he really wanted to be there. They were not really busy yet. Next we order the server was very nice he was definitely had to many tables other servers were only working 2 or 3 tables. We asked the Host if we could get 1 TV turned to UFC. He says you will have to ask your waiter. Goes back to doing nothing he should be fired. The waiter brings our food every piece of our food is cold and seem to be something that has been sitting all day. We didn’t say anything. Just got the check and left. Buffalo Wild Wings has really gone from one of my favorite places to go to more and likely will not go back for a while until the company gets back to the old standards. I work in customer service as a Manager if any of my employees acted this way they would be gone as well as subpar food. Again the server was excellent.

I go here less and less.. you have to find some one to seat you ..then the servers dont arive to the tables untill 30 mins have passed and will constantly need reminding .. the food is never good just edable.. at least its hot. Cocktail drinks are good but the sweet tea is watered down.

I ordered a cob salad with grilled chicken and ranch.I was so hungry when it came as I have been dieting the waitress brought 2 ceaser dressings and no chicken just lettuce and greasy bacon bits I didn’t complain but everyone ate by the time my chicken came everyone was done eating and it looked like a piece of rubber I took it home and threw it away the next day.

This place is not it. I loved going in Florida but this location doesn’t have good customer service, we sat at a table for over an hour before anyone even told us to scan the barcode to order. Once we attempted to order, we asked someone how to add a gift card onto the system to order and we were told we couldn’t. So we just left. The worse experience ever. Will definitely try a different location.

The fries have no seasoning so I had to drown them in ketchup and the sweet tea wasn’t sweet . The chicken sandwich was great but needed more sauce . Our waitress was amazing ! Earned her tip .

Food was prepared well but it was mostly wings so not that difficult . They were short staffed and out of a couple flavors of wings so we did have to sit in the bar area or wait 30 minutes also had to order something different than we wanted. Manager was also late on changing the channel at starting of the game.

Food was dry. Waitress took forever and service was slow even though the restaurant was barely crowded. Waitress took forever to get our drinks and when we got them we found out that she had her coworker go out of her way to make our drinks and since the other waitress didn’t know the order she got it wrong. As I write this I’m 30 minutes into waiting for her to come out of wherever she went so I can get the check and I haven’t seen her since she gave me my Chicken-raisin sandwich. Only went here because there was a wait at the restaurant we wanted to go to. On top of that the TV’s are all broken.
