Walked into the Togo area to pick up my order – I waited a minute or two while employees stood at the Togo stand conversing . One person realized I was there and asked if i was picking up . Once checked in , I’m unsure where it came from but it reeked of dirty mop water. It made the entire Togo area stink .
I was a little early and didn’t mind waiting for my food at all . I saw that i had all of my items – and left . As im checking my food, I ordered fried pickle and received 7 pickle chips … for $10 .. that’s a $1.42 per chip . I was really craving fried pickles and severely disappointed in the delivery .
Tried calling twice during open hours and the automated system hung up 2X.

The service was horrible waitress left us for almost an hour. Our drink cups were dirty some residue around the top of the glasses Try to order our food a certain way The waitress-said we couldn’t do that. They don’t do that here… our food was prepared horrible … Waitress was so rude.. Stay away from this place

It was pretty chill we had a good waiter she was welcoming and understanding and attentive to what we wanted. The food was good it took a little long due to utensils not being cleaned yet so tip for nxt time just tell’em you’re fine with to-go utensils. But overall it was good.
My friend and I had the boneless wings w/fries and I had a premium long island I also had a Pepsi and my friend had sweet tea. Overall food rating was an 8/10. Could have used a lil more sauce on the boneless wings but they were still good.

So glad I chose the boneless wings with a limited time honey sauce – it was absolutely delicious! The food came out so quick and well prepared too.
The wings here were way better cooked than the ones at the Williamsburg location. For anyone keeping track.
The servers were great, always asking people questions and making sure the food was out as quickly as possible.
One thing I would change is the atmosphere of the restaurant. The lights were pretty dimmed – which I assume was for the tvs – but it made the whole place look very dark.

I ordered on the app food was good, service was great at pick up, atmosphere felt nice. I ordered the 20 wings for $21.99 and added a drink to it and it came out to $30.00. My complaint that got yall 1 star is how are you going to give me 1 ranch cup for 20 WINGS???? Was I suppose to ise it sparingly? Then when asked for 3 more, you charged me $1.36!!!! I already paid $30 dollars!!!! STOP being stingy with the dips. Knowing good and well it only cost yall 25 cents. Smh

Jessica, the general manager of the location on Jefferson Ave in newport news va is a rock star. I had a small issue with food and service at their location. She professionally handled the situation with such a pleasant return visit. The presentation was great and the taste and quality of the food was outstanding. Thank you for being a great manager Jessica. The waitress was also a diamond in the rough.

Weird, I thought we sat at the wrong table because everyone was served around my wife and I. I thought we were at the “No service table.” Their excuse was they’re busy, but why is it that no one talked to us for 20 minutes. If you were that busy then why was everyone around us served at least their drinks and getting their food when they came after us. Food arrived quickly but not all of it was delicious. The fries were cold, my boneless wings were burnt, no silverware or napkins, no drinks that we ordered, or no ranch dipping sauce. The drinks were delicious though when they arrived. The rest of the experience was better but we felt like we were being rushed out. The server said that he boss is pressing her to clear the table. What?? So you don’t serve us for 20 minutes and now you are rushing us to get out of here? Also, We had the suttle frustration overtake our date night and kind of ruined the mood. I’ve been here before and it wasn’t like this. I believe in second chances but it will be a while since we will come back to reset ourselves.

This place has great food but absolutely horrible service. Picked up my order today and for the second time in a row and three out of the last four times I ordered the wing bundle with French fries and did not get the French fries. Even when I arrived I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before a bartender from the other side of the room came over to help me because no one was at the pick up counter.. Then when I got home and realized I was shorted again I tried to call the location, For 45 minutes and each time I would sit on hold for a few minutes then it would say sorry no one in available to help you and then it disconnects. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE
