The manager at this store is a full time jerk. I’ve only been here twice and I’m done. Both times I did order ahead. First time door was locked half hour after opening. I knocked politely and he came up to the door and without hesitation started yelling at me how he’s not opening yet because he’s short staffed. I told him I already placed the order and he said fine! and he said don’t come in. He locked the door while I waited outside in the cold. Once he gave me the food he didn’t say a word of apology or have a nice day, nothing. I figured maybe he’s having a bad day and came again a month later. Ordered again in advance. I walk in and he says nothing, just stares at me. I told him I have a pickup order and he says well it’s not ready, you have to wait. Rude for absolutely no reason. No hello, no smile, nothing. Then when it was ready, he literally screamed out loud twice “PICK UP!!!”. If you hate your job quit. If you hate your life, that’s your problem. The fact he’s a manager makes it even worse. Same attitude a month apart, clearly a pattern and not a one off. Ridiculous. No wonder the store has horrible reviews. Just read what the people are saying. This is a major fail on corporate’s part allowing this to go on.

Got there, went to place an order. Young man at the register had an attitude and kept rushing me. I ordered a turkey tom no lettuce, no tomato, asked for bacon and extra mayo. I get back to work, no bacon on it, and it has lettuce and tomato. I paid extra for bacon and didn’t even get it. Don’t recommend coming here.

Came in person with my grandparents – their orders were correct but my order was wrong. Not sure how a club lulu was heard as a country club, but that’s what I received instead. Tried calling twice, no answer. If someone can offer me a refund, please reach out.

I visited this Jimmy John’s location for lunch on a weekday. There was the usual lunchtime crowd from an array of local businesses. I walked up to the counter and placed my order. The lady took my order and as I was in the process of paying, took a phone call for a phone/computer order and never returned. My sandwich was called out by the sandwich artist while I stood at the cash register wondering if my payment went through, if I would get a receipt, or if the lady that took my order would even acknowledge my existence. Nope. So, I picked up my sandwich and spent the rest of the afternoon in a state of confusion. Welcome to another episode of…. The Twilight Zone.

This JJ location is going from “Freaky fast, freaky fresh, Jimmy John’s, freak yeah!” to “Freaky SLOW, freaky RUDE, Jimmy John’s, freak WHATEVER!” Rude rude and rude staff, unprofessional, worst customer service ever, I don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be freaky awesome. We placed a large order today to be delivered at noon, it didn’t get to our office until 12:35PM, I called the store a few times to inquire about my order and the guy who answered the phone was short, rude unhelpful and very unprofessional, he didn’t even try to find out where my order was, the only thing he kept saying was “we had many orders scheduled to be delivered at the same time” not my problem, fix your system to provide better service to your customers, he offered no help but it gets better, the girl who delivered our food was just as rude, unfriendly and unprofessional as the guy.. I was very disappointed, I also noticed the receipt stated “DELAY” not sure what that means but if they decided to delay my order, a courtesy call would’ve been nice.

I just visited. I frankly had a shitty day, but the gentleman who works there put a smile on my face. The way and attention he treated an older lady was just awesome!
It was a real genuine care.
Oh, and my sandwich was like from the poster.

I ordered Jimmy John’s today at 10:30. My order was never completed I was never given a call and it was never dropped off. Nothing was said to us until 11:30. I requested a refund for my sandwich. They denied me and then met me with back lash on the situation in an unprofessional and unprovoked manner I was then told it was The manager Al fonso fonseca, he is not suited for his job he immediately got angry instead of trying to resolve the issue, while trying to resolve the matter all he could say was “ im going to call the cops” he’s refusing to give me corporate contact and his name how ever his name was one the receipt.

I’m absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is the third time I’ve ordered from this location that my sandwich has taken over 30 minutes to be delivered from less than 3 miles away. I realize people get busy but it’s hard to plan around meetings when the food delivery is so unreliable
