Great food as always. But, the water filter was bad or something. I tried to let the staff know that the water was bad. Really bad. They looked at me like I was speaking a different language. No apologies from them. I had to ask if I could have some pop instead. Two of the employees were on their phones during this exchange. Terrible customer service

Service was acceptable, good music, and friendly staff. When I got home the gargantuan had the meats but minimal vegetables. There was no crunch from the vegetables.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered two sandwiches through drive through, that took 10 minutes, and completely didn’t get what I wanted . I’m a huge jimmy John’s fan and honestly I won’t be back at least to this location. And a $35 bill for two sandwiches and no receipt is absolutely ridiculous

This is hands down the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve been to, not even sure why I’ve come back just to be disappointed. Never once have I come here and had my order done correctly. It probably doesn’t help when taking your order, you have two different people talking back and forth to you. $52 for 3 incorrectly made sandwiches, 3 bags of chips, and one drink, is insane. I love Jimmy Johns, but will never return to this location!

I was getting my nails done a few doors down and needed to grab a quick dinner for my family and I. I hadn’t been to a Jimmy Johns before. What a treat!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me and asked if I knew what I wanted or if I needed a minute to pick something out. I told them I hadn’t been there before so they asked what things I liked. Turns out I’m a #17 kind a’ girl. They were a really fun bunch of people. I could tell they like what they do and were knowledgeable in their product to steer me in the right direction. They got my sandwiches done quickly. When I got home my kiddo and I were REALLY happy with the choice I made for us. The bread…. LEMME TELL YA!!!!
Anyhow, I don’t normally do reviews but this group of employees made my night. If I weren’t happily employed, I’d throw my resume’ at um. Thanks for a great interaction guys! I’ll be back!
