My family got here within 5 minutes of them closing. We got our kids out of our van and then read the sign on the hours on the door. A girl waved us in. She gave me the receipt saying I could take their survey for a free dilly bar, which I will do! She said her name was Lexi. Thanks for the great service. We will definitely come again!

Not only is the food good here but so is the service. We waited only about 5 minutes for our food, and the girl apologized and explained the situation, I had no reason to be upset even if she had no explanation but I felt it was very considerate of her to explain. I’ve been to other dairy Queens in the UP, and this one is BY FAR the best! Amazing food and amazing service, keep it up!

This restaurant was in the UP, Kingston MI. The service was quick but I was the only one in line. However, looking thru the delivery window, I found the place to be clean. The floors, windows and equipment were all clean. Chicken strips were hot and fresh.

Foods always dry. Ice cream always melted, even in the winter. Hours aren’t updated and they are ALWAYS closed. Employees always have the nastiest attitudes.

Very poor team to learn leadership from. And to train you they throw you into sandwich making during rush hour when they’re getting slammed and then scream at you weren’t keeping up or going fast enough. Of you are looking for employment in the fast food industry go across the street to Burger King, they will pay you better.
