I’d accidentally placed my order at the wrong location; Without hesitation the management was quick to transfer the order and make it!
The food was awesome, and I really appreciate the management going above and beyond in customer service to make my night easier. Cassano’s never disappoints, but this time both the food AND the service were exceptional! My only critique is that the dining room was a little outdated, but what the atmosphere lacked was made up for in the flavor of the pizza.
Will definitely be back (and will be sure to place the order there this time!)

*** edit another dry one!! It doesn’t matter how you order your pizza it always seems to come out the way they want to prepare it. Usually dry without any sauce, almost like eating cardboard with cheese. I always order extra pizza sauce and it is always completely dry without any pizza sauce. Last time ordering from this location.

Ordered a “light bake”, my fault, pizza was good but crust, not so much. Since I came all the way from FL for this, I opted not to make a big deal about it! First time I did light bake…..Not upset tho, staff was excellent btw!

Horrible customer service. I ordered dinner from here and one of the things was a ham Cassini. 11 dollar sandwich had maybe ONE piece of ham on it. I don’t was only offered a 4 dollar credit or a remake that I had to go back and get writhin 24 hours and bring 75 percent of the old sandwich back. I even got hung up on by one of the customer service people. Very inconvenient on my for their mistake. Definitely don’t plan to order Cassano’s ever again. Too much money on food to not get what you want.

Pizza was 10/10 – fresh and tasty. Pepperoni was in point. Right up there with Marion’s, if not better. The restaurant itself could use some work, seemed a bit outdated, but honestly I won’t hold that against the place. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, will be ordering again – and probably ordering often!

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. They delivered me a whole pepperoni pizza. I call customer service told them I don’t eat pep that’s why I ordered half cheese. I have a house full of friend half of us don’t eat cheese. The lady on the phone talking to me like I’m trying to scam. She tells me make sure I give the 75% of the pizza back or they won’t give me the remade pizza after we waited upwards of a hour for the first pizza to get here. Then she tells me we are going to send out a small cheese pizza and make sure we hand over the previous box with 75% of the pizza. How could I order a extra large pizza and get a small? You would think for the inconvenience they would let my guest just have the pizza. I would never order from this company again. It’s my fault they messed my order up and get treated like crap.

Called and ordered mushroom steak sandwich. No tomato sauce a little more done bread. Bread was burnt and they put tomato sauce on it. Called back and talked to the same girl who took my order. She remembered my order. I’m 76 yrs. old and told her I didn’t want to come back and asked what they were going to do. I was told they would give me 2.00 off my next visit. I asked if she was kidding and she said no. So for not giving me a full credit they chose to lose a customer!

Went the other day and was pleased. It’s very clean and comfortable in there. The food is on point and one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Ohio. Highly recommend as they are fast and accurate.
