I’ve been going there for multiple weeks and I will absolutely 100% tell you Swish and Jaymes have been the best customer support and customer assistance at this location. Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we’ve had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location. He is a great worker himself and is also very kind and is non-judgmental no matter what kind of weird order you request just like my #1 swish favorite, I hope they keep up the good work and continue the kind of customer service they put out cuz its respected!

Disgusting location, there were roaches crawling around the food and bugs on the sandwich paper. I point that out and both workers behind the counter acted like none of that was there and continued trying to make sandwiches. Grab a sealed wrap from Loves instead and spare yourself from getting sick. This location needs some serious cleaning.

. Beware of the food this week they have just reopened from a renovation and it appears they’re still trying to push the stuff that has been rotting for a few weeks in the walk-in fridge. I didn’t want Bojangles next door so I chose the toppings and the meat that look like it wouldn’t get me sick. The banana peppers are brown the jalapenos are so old they have lost their color. There are no menu boards either so when they ask you what you get the eye when you don’t already know. The service left a little bit to be desired as well. The place is a freaking mess and under construction. Whoever is managing this please get some standards.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I really do.
But im apalled by my experience here at 4:15pm on 8/15.
There was only one person ready to make sandwiches, and he was new. I do not blame him for the poor quality, but i blame the 3, yes, 3 staff members goofing off in the back and out front. Not once did i see them offer help, despite him struggling, and not once did i even see a manager.
To that employee, and you know who you are, you seem like a good guy, i hope you get trained properly. To the rest of the staff, really? 3 of y’all there and not one could help this poor guy out?

Christian was amazing! He helped us out and was very friendly, sweet, and helpful. Highly recommend this subway but also personally him as an employee. He was wonderful!

Ordered my sandwich the guy at the counter was to busy running his mouth about cars to a loves shop employee to even check me out and finish my order. Stood there waiting and trying to tell him I wanted a combo not just sandwich and chips middle of me talking to him he starts the conversation back with loves shop employee so needlessly to say I will not be using this loves again and every driver I see will know about this incident need to hire some employees that care about their jobs
