Picked up my mobile order and they’re sandwich was missing the meat and the sauce. I received a sandwich with lettuce and tomato. No sauce and no turkey. They fixed the issue with a free sandwich next time.

Franchise owner does not make there service affordable. I have coupon for 4.99 sub. It’s 8.03 after delivery, that’s fine no biggie. When I add a bag of chips, price for the chips , is $6. Nope. Never again will you get a order from me. Your telling me I have to work over a hour, taxed, to buy a small sub and bag of chips? And every item that is added, the delivery fee x2 also.. Scummy buisness owner.

My husband and I walked in this morning and asked about the price of the 30 pack. Every employee in there started in on us about how they only have so much bread and they have so many catering orders already. All we wanted was information about the price. We never said when we needed it. Horrible service. We will do business with a different company. Obviously this establishment can’t multi task.

By far the best JJ location I’ve been to. The reason is not the food it’s the people. The staff here takes the time to interact with you and remembers you. They truly care and it shows through all the employees. You can tell they all love what they do. The food is good and is always consistent. I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. Great staff and culture, I wish it was replicated across all JJ locations. Team keep up the great work, keep smiling, you are appreciated.

EDIT: I came back to say over the last year this place has consistently been my favorite Jimmy johns location to order from! Awesome sandwiches everytime.
This is my favorite Jimmy John’s to order from by far. The sandwiches can be a little inconsistent that’s why I gave one star off on service. For the most part however I would say at least 90% + they hit the mark and the sandwiches are delicious! Stellar sandwich artists at this location!

Employees were very rude and unprofessional, bread was rock hard and had to remake my sandwich 3 times!!! Still went to leave a tip since I felt bad for the other people working and the guy literally told me they don’t need/want a tip. Sad that they can’t even handle a job at jimmy johns!
