Truth Hurts
So I tend to like my Jimmy John’s, this store did a great job with the sandwich and even brought them to our table! When not taking orders I noticed one of the employees cleaning- impressive! Both workers did seem mono tone and less than excited. Perhaps a long day?

Not trying to be a hater, but this is the only Jimmy John’s around here that actually gets it right. Every time I order, it’s perfect — the lettuce isn’t piled like a mountain, the mayo’s spot on, and it just tastes way fresher. You can tell they actually care when they make it. I’ve tried other locations and it’s just not the same. White Bear’s the best one, hands down.

I bought the number 13 I thought it had too much cheese, so as I was going to take out half of the cheese what do I find a freaking hair in my food .. I’m NOT HAPPY! so I have to go back to the Jimmy John’s. I was on break and now food less..I had to return work to eat my food but I can’t enjoy it now I’m completely turned off from Jimmy John’s.. Smh.
I am at the store right now trying to return this hair infested sandwich, the manager Diana States to me she can not return turn my money because I didn’t have a receipt but she will make me another sandwich unacceptable I do not want to eat in a place where not only I can’t get a refund for having hair in my food but then she tells me she’s the manager and she can’t do anything for me because I don’t have a receipt the cashier did not give me one beside the fact I thought I would be able to eat on my lunch break I will be calling the corporate office about this and I will not be back I plan to tell everyone who can hear my voice about this situation and discourage them from eating at a business like this.. this place deserves zero Stars right now.

The lady there that made my sandwich 02/20/26 @4pm made me a horrible sandwich. She didnt make my sandwich how I ordered it. Then she asked all the other customers if they want a bag except me. I’ll never come back here.

I ordered extra everything also to be cut in half and ended up getting a boneless sandwich skimpy meat 3 Half cut tomatoes. And three shreds of lettuce! What a joke this isn’t the first time either. I guess you have to be in the store in order for them to get the order right. This location seriously needs new management.

Gross, The gyro is foul, no seasoning no flavor. U get a mountain of lettuce and not much else. Made one out sandwiches wrong. This shit just overprices and bland.
