It doesn’t matter what time of day or night you go into this restaurant, it doesn’t matter how busy or not busy it is… They never have pizza ready. Waited for almost an hour for our order, the other four people that were in the restaurant ended up waiting longer than I did.
People are always goofing off in the back, there were six people working yeah nobody could get their crap together. Store is dirty, employees are disrespectful and clueless about customer service.

I ordered a pizza and was informed it would be delayed. Half an hour after the estimated delivery time, I called to inquire about the order and was told it was still being prepared. 2 hours later and still no pizza. I called again and was told my order had been cancelled as it was picked up by the wrong delivery driver. Best part is it was cancelled before I made the first phone call.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and didn’t get it until an hour after we were told it was ready. When we went to eat the pizza it was cold and still doughy. We made an order a week ago with two pizzas and they only made one but we couldn’t wait around due to a time crunch but they didn’t make any efforts of compensation.

Absolutely the worst thrown together pizza I have ever had. Usually have nothing negative to say and eat here all the time. I’m not sure if it’s new staff or what but to give out completely stale crazy bread and a made to order pizza that is mostly marinara sauce and also completely undercooked and flopy is pure laziness. Won’t eat here again.

I typically always order ahead on the app & so I can be in and out grabbing pizza here. Today, I ordered online to show up to a store that was closed for business.
Accepted my payment & everything, but nothing to show up to, not even a way to get a refund. Horrible business practices from this location.

DoorDash doesn’t ask for address they go off last known address. I just paid for a pizza and another city. Little Caesars doesn’t answer their phone and was put on hold for 21 minutes. Customer service has gone out the window. Little Caesars in Helena sucks
