Went to Jimmy John’s today to buy my son lunch on his Birthday. We were told they were short of sub bread and they were SAVING what they had for their take out customers…they would make us wraps but NOT the sandwiches we wanted. A customer is a customer no matter how they place their order. They had bread. You could see it. They just told us they wouldn’t make our sandwiches.

Was here on Monday, the young gentleman and lady both helped me and they both were amazing. I asked for day old bread to use in a French dip recipe, they gave me so much and were just the sweetest about it! Thank you again! The bread was soft and still good even being day old! Also stopped today for a sandwich, the customer service they provide is amazing. My sandwich is so good and was soft get crunchy in a great way!

Bread wasn’t baked properly. Cucumber missing on veggie sandwich where they hardly have 3-4 ingredients on that. I will never recommend this place to anyone for lunch time unless you want to upset your stomach.

Only giving one star because there is no option for zero. Came in at 2:00 and i would say the girl that took my order just had a stick up her rear or something but id say it was more like an entire forest. She was Incredibly rude and unaccommodating. No one greeted me and I stood at the register for about a decade before I was even acknowledged. -10/10 would rather go to a nail salon for lunch. This is a joyless establishment.

Every time I order delivery it takes 45min-1h to receive my food. By then my bread is soggy. What part of freaky fast coincides with 45+ minutes for a sandwich.

Freaky fast my butt. I spent more than 10 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru at nearly 8:00 at night, then the person didn’t get my entire order correct. I asked for a particular type of chips and I got a completely different kind.
