Bread wasn’t baked properly. Cucumber missing on veggie sandwich where they hardly have 3-4 ingredients on that. I will never recommend this place to anyone for lunch time unless you want to upset your stomach.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today. The food was fast, fresh and good but the staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful they made an otherwise quick food stop a really welcome break! Best service for a long while. Well worth the stop and getting out the car! Very happy British couple!

I’m fairly disappointed I totally get it if you are busy that’s one thing but it’s another thing to mess a order up I ordered 3 subs which took 15 Minutes which is fine I’m not really even mad that I had to wait I’m more upset that the order wasnt right considering it took 15 minute’s if it takes 15 mins or so to get my order i expect it to be correct. I will visit jimmy johns again just never this location you guys can’t even pay enough attention to make sure that the order is right. Could you image if I didn’t pay 100% at my job I wouldn’t have a job most likely as it would resort in 1000s of dollars of damage. So pay attention to what your doing. Maybe don’t smoke the pen so much.

I enjoy Jimmy John’s but the only thing I don’t like is that they are definitely not freaky fast. When I get delivery it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get my food. When I go through drive thru, I pre-order using the app and it still takes ten minutes.

Went right before the lunch rush they got all flustered and forgot fifo and a couple people who ordered after got their sandwhiches before me was more interested in the random casual clothes haphazardly strung about on the chairs food was made right tho.

$2.25 for a cup of water with my sub? Not a bottle of water, a cup of fountain water. That’s ridiculous. When asked why a cup of water was $2.25 (when I’ve NEVER been charged) I was told that a bottle and cup are the same price. I’ll stick with Faribault Jimmy John’s from now on I guess since they don’t charge for a cup of tap water.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I placed an order and waited over TWO HOURS to get only HALF my order. I called their store at least 12 times to see if they were even open, or what was happening with my order. No one answered the phone. Then it took another 30 MINUTES to get the rest of my order. I contacted HQ to let them know about this, and I got the brush off, telling me that it was individually owned and they would send my ‘concerns’ to the owner. It’s now been over a MONTH, and I have not been contacted. I sent another email, and got the same reply. I would not waste my time or money at this store EVER again! Their driver is disgusting and their staff is lazy and incompetent. If I could give negative stars, I would! Aside from this one concern, they never get my order right, or do any of the modifications I ask for. Something as simple as “please cut my sandwich in half”. Ridiculous! How hard is it to have staffing standards now, instead of just a warm body. Where are the standards?!
