Went in early in the week to order enough for our baby shower Sat. Ordered the 12 pack catering order with 2 extra subs on wheat bread so I was sure to have enough for 12. I specified my order repeatedly and told the guy I want cheese on all. I’ll take ALL toppings on the side so guests could build there own. I said I’ll pay extra for more sides because I want plenty. The bill was over $70. This is the catered subs. I was so EMBARRASSED. I was trying to grab cheese from my own fridge in a frenzy. 3 tiny containers of onions. 2 tiny containers of cucumber slices. Enough tomatoes for some reason. After the party I went back to Jimmy John’s and asked to speak to the manager who was there when I placed the original order. I showed her the pictures and she just kept repeating “unfortunately this is how our catering order comes”. I will try to get a refund by calling corporate Monday when someone is in the office. I will update. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible customer service. The manager should be intelligent enough to find a resolution. She did offer me extra sides after the subs were eaten They’ve lost good customers. FIREHOUSE SUBS did a fantastic job for us last time. They will get my catering business from now on.

This used to be my go-to for quick lunch and even dinner sometimes, but they are no longer freaky fast or worthwhile. In my area, this Jimmy John’s has become the laughing stock for sandwich delivery, sometimes taking 2 hours for a single delivery. Even when I pick it up I still waited 5-10 minutes. Sorry to say, it’s just not worth the money anymore for the quality and service compared to the multiple sandwich shops in the area.

Unfortunately this rating isn’t on the quality of food, but customer service instead. It’s my first time ordering Jimmy johns, I was excited because of the “unwich” options… I ordered through the website, and I never received my order so I called them. The lady said they never received my order and that this happens somestimes and to call this number. Now I’m at work with no lunch on my break. Very inconvenient if it’s known that this happens where customers don’t receive what they paid for. An apology for the inconvenience would have prevented me from writing a review, as I also work in customer service and know sometimes things just happen. But I received nothing of the sort. You should probably look into this issue that’s known about.

Order was wrong, sub was late, didn’t have items requested. Offered to drive back for missing items, you might as well redo the entire order at that point. Called requested for a new order, agreed upon. Sub was thrown away.. showed back up with a bag of chips and said sorry we couldn’t remake your soggy sub that’s now in the trash. Have a good night tho! Enjoy!!! Appreciate Ian for making it right and refunding me.

Waited an hour before I finally called then I was told they were shorthanded and it might be another half hour 40 minutes on that note I said it wasn’t my problem and I expected my food so now I’m the first one on the list when you deliver seven sandwiches, I think you need to find help for the Howard store

Typically y’all are pretty good at delivering but theres no way your cookies can get this beat up in transit. I have never had a cookie broke even in half at any jimmy johns ever. I can feel indents in the middle of the cookie. Im not concerned or requesting any sympathy or refund cuz its just a cookie but c’mon. Just makes me worried if something happened to my food. I even tipped.

Ordered dinner for the family and they have nothing stated online delivery times so you figure everything is fine! But 45+ min delivery for subs and don’t offer to do anything about it on your end is horrible service!
