This is what you get if you order a veggie sub…
There is literally no meat so you would think there’d be more vegetables. Barely any lettuce!
3 pieces of cucumber on an entire veggie sub.3 slices of tomato. It should be loaded. I can make my subs much better for cheaper. They have completely made it not worth it. And me and my girlfriend go here at least three times a week cause we live blocks away. I have complained and The lady said “that’s what you get”. Plus, who wants to get asked if they wanna leave a tip??? Literally. How uncomfortable

Not the best JJs by a long shot. The sandwich felt soggy and the bread was doughy, and it felt like it was super light in terms of ingredients. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that was clearly expired.
Not coming back here. Would easily drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another one.

Order 10 subs for work event. Canceled order 15 minutes before expected delivery due to lack of “bread”. We were told any order in excess of $100 will have to be place a day a head. SMH freaky fast how bout freaking lazy…

The people at this location are great. They’re friendly and the drivers are awesome. Even when they have to send delivery through Uber and the Uber driver messes up, they’re very helpful and understanding.

I was charged twice for food I dident even get becouse they dicided I guess to just close early yesterday withought posting it anywhere and still allowing you to attempt to place orders, so I lost almost 40$ on nothing that was literally my lunch and dinner for the next 2 days until I get paid gone. Im not happy I dont know what changed be it managment or what but I am never ordering from this jimmy johns again if I dont get my money back by friday I am going to be complaining.

I ordered food for delivery at 7:15pm. At 8:15pm I called to find out why we didn’t get it yet. It was delivered to the wrong address. Finally got it at 8:45pm. They included two free cookies for the trouble. That would have been fine if they actually added the two pickles that we ordered and paid for. We spent $60 on “fast food” for 3 people that wasn’t fast and the quality was seriously lacking. Never again!

A Jimmy John’s delivery driver hit my legally parked car while making a delivery—with a company sign on his vehicle—but was uninsured at the time. When I contacted the Kaukauna store to resolve the issue, the General Manager told me it wasn’t their problem. When I asked to speak with someone else, she admitted she had been instructed not to provide me with any additional contact information if I called.
I then reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate office, who informed me that the Kaukauna location is privately owned and said my message would be forwarded to the franchisee. That was well over a week ago, and I’ve still received no response.
It’s incredibly frustrating that a business would allow uninsured drivers to make deliveries and then take no responsibility when damage is done. Accidents happen—but ignoring the customer and refusing to help resolve the situation is unacceptable.

Food and staff are always good. Dining room is not taken care of very well. I had to find the least dirty table to sit at today. And there was nobody else in the dining room and at least 5 employees.

Look at these pictures and tell me if you think a couple of pickles is really making the big difference here? When I asked why it doesn’t look like the picture the answer was “It doesn’t come like that”

My wife gets this every time we order here and it’s always the same, well, not anymore! We’re done with Jimmy Johns and are taking our business to Jersey Mikes!
