The food is really good. I absolutely LOVE the strawberry lemon smoothie! So refreshing. If you get a burger, get the double because they’re very thin (but super tasty). The cheese curds are also awesome. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The whole restaurant and parking area is super clean.

Culver’s is always fantastic but this location has big Eric energy. In a world where many customer service interactions rarely involve more than the bare minimum required to complete a transaction this locations front of house is engaging and had great manners. Thank you Culver’s for the good food and thank you Eric for the great service.

It used to be 5 stars for me, but the food has gone downhill as of late. Stale buns, undercooked fries, custard is coming out wrong and or very small portions. Sad to say, but if you can make the drive to Prescott it’s worth it.

Audree, the General Manager was so friendly and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about safe food handling and fast food practices. You can tell she’s very considerate of her team and the customers.

The staff was friendly and my order at the window was correct, this was a large order.

The wait was approximately 10 minutes and they forgot one of our items. We thought it was due to the large order we placed. We went back and the crew was apologetic and we received our missed item.

The food tasted okay. The meat was dry and the oil might have been old because the fries didn’t taste that good, in my opinion.

This company is price gouging at the speed of light. So in the fall they increase the prices of their ice cream (Concrete mixers in particular… It’s all I get so I don’t know how the other prices have been affected). Three months later my concrete mixer increased again. That was in January and the explanation was the higher AZ minimum wage so I looked it up and I did the math and the price increase was paying for an hour and a half of one of their employees’ minimum wage increase… Which is nuts.

This week they have now reduced the size and mix in options for the concrete mixers (See photo) And my $8.61 is only paying for what is essentially a medium.

Now they will try to tell you that their costs have gone up. Except the price increase in January took them above the Culvers in Prescott. I also make my own homemade ice cream weekly. And even before this increase, I could make at least four times as much ice cream for the same price… And I am buying my ingredients retail not wholesale. And trust me homemade ice cream is just as good if not better.

I used to go for ice cream about five times a week. Yes I really like ice cream. And I liked the company. I’ll let you do the math on that. I was giving them a fair chunk of my income. And now they’re not going to get any of my money because I simply will not continue to reinforce this greed.

I invite anybody else who’s tired of constant price increases and companies using inflation as an excuse to fleece us to do the same. They won’t be reasonable until it hits them in the pocketbook. As much as I have loved and supported this company in the past… My brand loyalty has hit its limit.

Restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Staff was friendly and food was good. Most of the tables had been recently wiped down so easy to find a seat. Also ran into some locals who were super friendly, so if you’re passing through this is a nice place to stop.

I’m horribly upset over the service at this location. It’s Veterans Day and the place won’t serve my uncle his rightfully earned free meal. Not only were the employees giving an attitude but the manager named JT (get a real name) was even worse. As a franchise you should be held to a higher standard, not being stingy to people who served our country. Stop kissing up to managers and start following corporate policy. Yall should be ashamed.
