Beautiful Bomb
Literally every single time I order they mess it up. At this point I’m thinking they doing it on purpose I pay for extra stuff every time and barely ever get it. I literally have to get extra jimmy peppers on the side because they never put it on the sandwich like I say. and they only want to remake it which is fine but who wants to make 2 trips to get 1 meal. Close the 433 down. Bad representation of my fav food place. I’ll go to Oakland everytime!

I order jimmy johns alot. Its my go to lunch spot for my breaks. I can honestly say this is my first bad experience in a long time. I asked about the pickle sandwich, and the lady who was making sandwiches nicely stated, its online only. I asked about the chips, which I love. The lady asked a gentleman with dreads can they sale them. He stated in a rude voice” are they out there! I said no. He stated back rudely “well no! I typically leave but I decided to order. We ordered a tuna sub and a number 7. The tuna was watery, the sub was soggy. The number 7 did not include certain extras. It was dry and the lettuce was brown, and soggy. Wont be back, and i totally feel like I wasted my money.

Went on 2/7/25 around 3:30 pm cashier was rude. I ordered to go he just sat my sandwich on the counter. He didn’t even bother to put my order in a bag. I had to ask for my soda cup as well as my dessert. Had to walk out the store holding all my food in my hands hoping I wouldn’t drop my food on ground. Sandwich was ok I guess. Brownie was old. Will not be returning. I’ll stick with cousins.

Jimmy was so nice! I got the sandwitch and it was so good. John helped me get the napkins and my bad which was so helpful! I would love to come back because I always crave their sandwiches. All of the toppings are so juicy and are an amazing great flavor blend and I am hungry now from thinking about this. Employees are great and helpful!

Go in to order at 8pm, the store closes at 9pm. Am told I have to take it to go because the lobby is closed, take out only. How does a restaurant that doesn’t have a drive thru and requires you to order in the lobby have a lobby the closes before the store does? Doesn’t make any sense but the girl working was sure to not do any extra work and made me take it to go.

I love Jimmy John’s, but do NOT go to this location. Everything about my experience here was awful. Hour and 45 mins for delivery. Wrong food was brought. Barely any meat on the sandwiches (literally two slices of turkey). Rude service when I called to ask for the right order to be delivered. I remember now why I stopped going to this store a year ago.

I haven’t been in a Jimmy John’s in a while, but I have to say, this one is pretty great. The manager was a great guy. This location was not busy at the time we went in but he was really the only person on duty at the time and didn’t let that pressure bother him, as he stayed friendly the entire time (and made our food as quickly as possible). The food took a little bit to make, but being the only person, I figured this would happen and that didn’t bother me. I ordered a “country club”, which is what I get whenever I go to Jimmy John’s and it is pretty great.

Very disappointed in the services we received from this location. We ordered catering for a staff meeting. We intended to order a variety of sandwiches. When we opened the boxes none of the sandwiches were numbered or organized in a way that made it make sense. The bread didn’t seem fresh. When we called the next day all we got was an apology. I’m all for mistakes happening and things can’t always be executed. However, if a guests brings an issue of being upset with an order make it up to that guest by offering a coupon or something. There was an opportunity to do better here and this location failed.
