We stopped in 25 min before closing. We were told we couldn’t use a card . Than another employee came out and told us we had to us exact change and started going through all the stuff they didn’t want to get back out for us. Which was about 60% of the condiments on the sandwiches. He was VERY rude. Basically chasing our order of 4 and another customer away.

Update: 8/1/2023 – They have significantly improved over the years from 2 stars to 4. Workers making better quality sandwiches. There delivery still can be really slow which is the only down fall to this place. Best to just order on the app and pickup.

We have had good experiences with this store in the past. We have placed hundreds of orders and never had a problem. there is a little construction by our business and they are now refusing us delivery. The owner of the store was trying to deliver to us one day and would refuse to listen to my instructions on how to get to us. He said they would stop delivering to us unless we gave them directions on how to get to us. After work that day I printed off a map and drove to the store to give to them so they could find us easier. Thought this would solve the issue of not being able to find us. We placed a couple orders since and they delivered. Placed an order today and they called and said we are now outside their delivery range. Told the nice lady on the phone the situation and she said the owner had wrote on the paper I gave them, that he asked for, that they will no longer deliver to us. The owner was very rude on the phone with the first issue and I find it hard to understand why you would refuse service to someone who went out of their way to make it easier for you to deliver to them. He is not only refusing service to my staff but also to customers here who want to have food delivered to them here as well. Very unprofessional and rude from an owner in a customer service industry.

The staff here has terrible compliance. The manager was absolutely outrageous yelling at us for HIS mistake. Drive down 10 minutes down Port Washington, and go to the one in Mequon, don’t waste you time here. Never coming back to this location.
