Love that they got an A rating on inspection. Always clean, always consistent. Don’t love that they made me a vegetarian today. Ordered a #12, got home and no turkey on it. Damn. It was still good, but I really missed the turkey.

Ordered a single sub and waited over an hour. When I called the store they said it was on the way. After 40 more minutes, I called again and had the driver and manager say their “board” said it was delivered. It was not, as I was waiting outside the entire time. They refused to get me the sandwich I paid for initially, but luckily it was delivered the next day. A big thanks to the employees and manager for their prompt service and totally not stale sandwiches I ordered over 12 ago for!

I go to this location regularly, and I do so for a reason. The food is ALWAYS excellent and the people – well, you just gotta go for yourself! You might see blue hair, or curls, or tats or who knows – but they are all wonderful! I LOVE this store! Just GO!!

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. 60% of the time I’ve been here, they can’t accept credit cards for whatever reason. They never recommend just placing your order on your phone for pickup when this happens – which does work – because the service is terrible. If they’re not yelling at each other, they’re definitely not doing whatever they’re supposed to be.

Eating here right now. Girls behind counter are VERY loudly discussing personal problems and dropping the F-Bomb and S word left and right while customers in store. Order was missing an item and when I mentioned it no eye contact given, no “I apologize,” just handed me the pickle. Obv no supervision. Also garbage can outside door is overflowing. Super unprofessional I would never come back. also very slow service.

While the food is good and most of the workers are good workers their gm was extremely unprofessional. I witnessed someone complaining about a serious issue and the gm just brushed it off practically ignoring her. Although I think the lady should have been a bit calmer she wasn’t in the wrong.

Hands down the worst jimmy john’s in the city. Last time I stopped in to order a sandwich and a family ordered in front of me, when they were done the girl at the cash register didn’t acknowledge me even though I was standing behind the family ordering in line the whole time, then she went on her phone to make a call without saying anything to me, and sat down in the booth right behind me proceeding to talk on the call with a friend. Today I ordered delivery because I’m stuck at home, and live only a few blocks away, but the delivery took an hour. If I could give zero stars I would.

Most GHETTO location I’ve ever been to! I’m glad I didn’t bring my kids in while they were playing vulgar music talking about popping p**** and other distasteful words that I don’t want to write or remember. Poor service, bad attitude, and unwelcoming atmosphere. Jimmy John’s is trash thanks to terrible employees like the ones at this place!
