Food is not consistent. Sometimes you get only three tiny slices of tomato on your $10 sandwich. 1/2 of the time, the staff won’t enter your phone number in for rewards. I have been 2 orders away from a reward for the last 4 orders. I suggest using the app to order if you want to get points.

Very kind staff. First time and I wanted a light meal for lunch. James was able to add beef(fav meat) to my sandwich and recommended the lattice wrap. Healthy and delicious!!!

Be careful ordering from here. I HAD a free sandwich and they said the delivery fee is “included” with the pricing! Talk about a rip off! The only way I found out is trying to get my free sandwich. Spoke with a manager and he said he was cancelling my order because I wanted to speak with a manager. Then they wanted to charge me a cup fee, an ice fee and the soda! Never had a manager get rude with me, but this one was EXTREMELY rude. Shouldn’t be surprised, their employees are rude. They park in our apartment’s parking spots. Leasing manager has had to talk to them, and then I tried to tell her they couldn’t park there and she cussed me out and went into the store and left her car parked there. Again, told the manager and she is now talking to them again. If they continue to park there, she will charge them for a 1 bedroom apartment! If they even park on the curb I will tell the manager also, because they are not supposed to park there either.

This is a terrible terrible location. I have tried and retried this location as it is closest to my house. I would recommend going to subway, all the jimmy johns in the Waterloo/cf area are below par in service and the food is hit and miss- I cannot go back after tonight. No more.

Not really happy with my experience. One of the managers named Sheridan was VERY rude the was she came at one of the workers. I was really honestly NOT happy with it. She snapped pretty recklessly in front of customers and I hope that never happens again.

Stopped in at 12:57pm on 8/26 and they were not too busy, there was one person ordering in front of us and an employee opened a 2nd register to take our order right away. there were maybe 5-7 people behind the counter who were not too busy. There was also no line in the drive-thru when we walked in. We had a group of 3 and we were on a lunch break and in a hurry for work. We had to wait at least 7-8 minutes for our subs to be made. I’ve never been in a Jimmy John’s where I’ve had to wait more than 60 seconds for a sub once I have completed paying for the order. Usually they hand me my sub as I’m putting my credit card away. I’m not sure what’s going on here… When a franchise constantly markets itself as being “freaky fast” and all the employees are wearing “freaky fast” shirts, you have to wonder what they’re doing back there when it takes 7-8 minutes to make a sub. Like I said, they did not appear to be swamped in any way. So I was kind of scratching my head.

This spot Is good. I actually live in the zone of two different jimmy johns locations and I always choose this one because it’s fresh every time and always up to Jimmy standards….you may have a little wait sometimes but always worth it. Thanx jimmyjohns!

Excellent customer service! I had a small issue with my delivery order and it was promptly taken care of to the point of going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be ordering from here again.

Went through the drive through and the girl was not very friendly at all. She opened the window and just held out her hand with an annoyed look on her face. Then almost threw our change at us. Absolutely no words were exchanged between us. Also I have never had to pay to add cheese to the bootlegger. Is this new? Also the service was so slow! Not freaky fast anymore.
