That’s the second time in about 2 months I go in to grab a couple drinks and doughnuts, and I’m not able to get a word in with the cashier the ENTIRE time I was in the store, because she’s walking around having a conversation on her personal phone that clearly had nothing to do with work. During me pretty much cashing myself out, she starts complaining on the phone to her friend about previous customers not helping her lift something…. Get a coworkers help, that’s not the customers job. I also don’t think you should bad talk customers… in front of customers. I get people can be frustrating and you need to vent… but not in front of other customers. Until there is a no phones at work, at least not on the floor, I won’t be returning this is ridiculous. Oh also the donuts were dry and stale. Go across town to kwik trip or even the other Casey’s in town is better.

Ordered a half and half pizza, it’s pretty easy to read on my end so how they can mess up a pizza twice is beyond my comprehension.
Called them when they got it wrong the first time and was hung up on not once, but twice without getting a word in.
Went in and was met with attitude from everyone so an hour later getting my pizza wrong again I just walked out with it.

Have only visited this place one or two other times while in the area on annual camping trips. Only pre-pay pumps. Still brand new. Cleaner than the Kwik Trip down the street. Clean both in the store and on the property. I also used the car wash. It is brushless and the Express (the cheapest one) actually did a decent job washing my gravel road prone Impalla. I’ll continue to visit this Casy’s when I’m in town.

So today I stopped there one man infront of me at counter and both employees in office. Door open. Phones in there hands. Legs crossed. Looking pretty lazy. Then when kimberly did come to the counter she brought her phone with her and continued to look at her phone and text. Not very professional. 🙁

They are absolutely rude, not just to the customers to their staff. I have seen the manager and a staff members attack the same staff members for the last couple weeks that I have came in. It’s absolutely disgusting seeing this and how they are getting away with all of them is beyond me. It hurts my heart seeing these people bully there own team members!

This is honestly so sad I don’t think I’m going to head to this Casey’s anymore. It’s ridiculous how this is still going on, no one is a team there clearly everyone is against everyone. I don’t know where you got your workers from but you really need to do better. It’s hurts my heart to see the nice young lady that worked there is no longer there. I thought these things were supposed to be confidential but someone told me she got “fired”. Yet I see the BULLIES still there. It’s crazy to me how you just let it happen. what a great work environment you have going on. So much for “we are escalating your feedback immediately”.

The young man (with long hair) who checked me out at the counter was looking at his phone the whole time. Didnt say hi, how are you, thank you, or anything. I strongly recommend employees not be allowed to have phones while working. Its very rude and unprofessional.

Was there twice on Saturday. AM 2 staff back in the sandwich area did not have masks on and in the early evening for pizza, 1 staff in the same area had no mask. They don’t get to make decisions on the health of others. We are all in this together. It is very selfish to think you get to harm others. Will be calling corporate. I guess the staff gets to decide vehat us a dress code item and what is not. Reduced 2 stars for these. Generally a friendly staff.

This place is great, Casey i belive is known for their pizzas. Everything is made fresh and they. Have excellent customer service. Bathrooms are up to date and always clean. When I choose a place to stop it either quik trip or Casey. I know that the atmosphere is alwagreat in both establishments.
