I said delivery for ASAP. Called after an hour and 15. They said the guy was 20 min out still but left with my food over an hour ago, just went on 10 delivery’s first. I said that my food would not be fresh and was told it would be fine. (I ordered from 6 minutes down the road but can’t leave).

No one answered the intercom so we drove up to the window and the employee was sitting down in the corner on their phone. Check your cameras if you want proof 2:10-2:20 pm on Jan 13th. Do better and schedule more then 1 employee on a shift.

(Old review>) Although I enjoyed my chicken wrap, the Sprite I ordered with my meal was not sweet and had a mildew taste to it. The syrup level needs to be adjusted and the machine needs a thorough cleaning. Such a shame as I ordered a large-sized drink to take with me to work, I had two small sips and dumped it out. Bleh!

On Feb. 12 I ordered an#14 Unwich wrap. The attached photo shows the mess. It ha less meat and was loaded with shredded lettuce. It was not wrapped at all or cut in half. Never again.

Not being dramatic, I’m obsessed with jimmy John’s but the past 7 times I’ve went, they have gotten my order wrong every single time at this location. I make one modification every single time to a sandwich and they act like I’m doing witchcraft in the drive through. Nice people, though!

Love the food, always great. However the drive thru sucks, freaky slow all the time. I have never had an order in less than five minutes at the window. I am sitting in line behind a vehicle now for 15mins and watching three vehicles in line leave.
