Pizza is good but this place needs to learn that when you make a mistake to make it right and not argue with the customer. Ordered a gluten free pizza, got home and it wasn’t gluten free. See photos. Thick crust was what we received tonight and thin crust was an example of one we’ve ordered in the past.

First visit. Cute Lil Barnaby’s. Cashier wasn’t very friendly. Pizza was good but skimpy on the toppings.

Very disappointed with the Osceola location. Gave them multiple chances. I’ve received burnt pizza (see below), one with few toppings/very small in size for a large, and a pizza with missing toppings but charged the price like it was correct. I wanted to support them because they are closer to me. I called to complain once to inform them of the error. They apologized and offerred some coupons. I gave them my address and nothing. That was 2 months ago. I’m done…..not going to pay their random high prices and not be full or satisfied afterwards. I will continie to visit the other locations like before.

Let’s get right into it, I’m new to the area and not many restaurants in this area in general but also not many that serve family’s and children under the age of 21+. I loved the open concept here and I loved the food just as much. I read the reviews and saw some folks just complaining about everything, make sure when you leave a review that it is a genuine review. Nowadays, reviews can make or break a company. There is no reason you should choose any of the big box pizza companies over a small and local company. We are all human and we make mistakes, I want my money going directly back into this community and not a corporation so a CEO can buy his 3rd house or a yacht.

We ordered a small pizza with four toppings, two orders of fries, and order of Mozzarella sticks and a meatball sandwich. Nothing was fantastic. It was just ok food, kind of bland. The sandwich was just 6 or 8 meatballs on a French loaf with sauce and cheese, almost impossible to eat. You’re going to lose most of your meatballs as they fall of the bun on both sides. This should be one piece of bread cut down the middle, not two slices and a balance act to eat it. So that was fun! The real problem was we ordered a 10″ pizza which came out 20 minutes after our other food. The kids and I were already done with our meals and then the pizza comes out. So, by then my wife was just ready to go home. She went to ask for a pizza box, and they wanted 50 cents for a box. 54 cents with tax, and they were happy to swipe my debit card for it. The owner, which was super nice, explained it cost them 1 dollar per box and they split the cost with the customers. I paid for a box and we took our pizza to go. On the ride home, I was baffled at this concept. We spent 60 dollars on “food that was just ok” and then taxed to take it home. Many questions ran through my head on the drive home. Why is a pizza box a line item on a receipt? I buy other pizza and the cost of the box, I assume, is built into the cost of the item I ordered. Should I be refunded 1 cent because I didn’t use a straw? 10 cents because I didn’t use their seasoning. We used their ketchup a lot, should I have paid for that? I also ordered my sandwich without green peppers. I’m sure that saved them 25 cents. The cost of the box was an insult after spending 60 dollars at this restaurant. I have nothing to say good or bad about the food, but really, charging extra money at the end for a box? They also charge for a box if you order a pizza for takeout. Why not just build that cost into the price of a pizza and be done with it? That 54 cent box cost the owner several hundreds of dollars in future orders as we will never, ever ever visit this business again. I wish the family nothing but success, but I think they need to re-evaluate the way they do business.

Went in for a pickup. Somehow my pizza disappeared. Mike the manager stepped up and instead of making excuses of what happened, he threw a fresh pizza in the oven and comp the charge. Now i offered to pay and he said no. Great customer service in a time when ya don’t see that any more. Oh and the did find the pizza. It was in oven lol. Thanks Mike. Ya have a customer for life.

Pizza was fantastic, also the fries were delicious. Staff was friendly. Little confusing with their ordering process. Would be nice if they had some tables instead of all booths.

A friend ordered the pizza, and I picked up. I don’t know what happened on the phone, but the employees were so rude to me. Snide remarks about the order (apparently they only make 7in pizzas M-Thu) I didn’t even know what was ordered until they rang it in. She was reading the order out loud and then looked at me like she expected me to say something. (Again, had no idea what was ordered). Also, why would you charge someone to take their pizza home??? It’s ridiculous. Also, their prices are outrageous. $78 for 1 small cheese, and 1 meat pizza and 1 2-topping? Also, all of the other customers were being treated the same, it wasn’t just me.

Food was poor. Sandwich my wife had was tasteless. Are fries were cold and over cooked and burnt. Chicken tenders were over cooked and burnt. Granddaughter and boyfriend said pizza was ok. 70 plus dollars not wisely spent. Don’t think we will be going back.
