I’ve come by before around 10:45pm, and all the lights were off. I didn’t see any employees either. It says they’re opened til 11, so that was confusing.
Then I just came by on Thursday evening around 10:45pm once again, and these poorly written signs were up on both entrance doors. I didn’t really want to go through the drive thru, so I grabbed something from the gas station instead.
Based on all these other reviews I’m seeing, I’m glad I haven’t ordered anything from here. It’s been about 3+ years since I’ve eaten here last, and everything at this location seems to have gone downhill since then. I won’t be back to try again.

Truly amazing how they manage to mess up even a BLT. All you have to do is include ALL the ingredients, but they couldn’t even manage that. Consider this before you waste your money here.

Went in today around 530 PM (Sunday 10/26). The staff were worked up about something, swearing and dealing with some drama. I ordered a Vito picklewich to try out. The rewards option wasn’t working and the cashier could not figure it out. The kids working there were very distracted and got my order wrong. They were friendly toward me and other patrons though, just not focused on making food. When I got home I realized they gave me a tuna salad sandwich instead of what I ordered. Took a bite and tossed it out. The picklewitch was almost $9. Not good value for the amount of food you get compared to their regular sandwiches. If looking for a low carb option the unwitch is a much better value.
I dont see this being a very popular option moving forward. I dont forsee going back to this JJ location in the future. Not impressed.

Had a sandwich from there and ended up throwing it all up the same night. Had mixed feelings because I got sick the first time but figured I’d try again and boom sick and throwing up within 6 hours of eating it. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend the food. Believe it was the lettuce

Ordered on the app to receive $5 off (I was with my hungry 3 and 4 year old when I came in and we came here for something quick). They had one in shop customer who was in and out. They acknowledged my order, and I still had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They were able to get 3 in shop people in and out before I finally went up and asked to cancel, and then my sandwiches were done. Not freaky fast. Very disappointed. I am a very frequent visitor and have worked at several jimmy John’s in my past. Sandwiches should be done within 1 minute- not over 20- especially when they knew I was there with 2 kids.
I think they are adding way too much to their menu and getting away from what Jimmy John’s truly is.
We have also had past experiences where they screwed up our sandwiches completely- forgetting all the toppings, giving us someone else’s order, etc. This location needs to get it together. Maybe send corporate to do some better training.

We ordered a #12 on sandwich bread.
Guy made on sub bread. I asked him to please correct it. He scraped the contents out of the sub with his fingers and was about to just put it in a sandwich bread. I said I needed done with fresh contents. He looked at me and walked away. Fortunately, the manager (?) came over and corrected it.
I didn’t not come to get an attitude. Just one sandwich for my wife and I to share. We all have bad days. Just don’t give it to a customer.

The last 2 times I’ve came to this location specifically my order has been wrong to the point I cant eat that order. I get a #4 that doesn’t even come with cheese to start with and they have put cheese on it when I’ve said no each time. This makes me unable to eat it as I’m allergic to cheese.
