Girl at the window was very nice. However, sandwich was not what i expected or ordered. I wanted an unwich first of all. second, the sub is almost flat?? for 13$ i expected more.

Foods great when it’s right. The last incident was when I ordered my lunch ahead of time. When I went to pick it up it was not ready and was told I should return in 15mins. I work near so while a inconvenience not a big deal. When I returned after 15mins the girl working inside started panicking. She ran in the back and then came back out only to throw together my sandwich in 30 seconds as I watched. The sandwich in the photo is what I got. I have had other issues such as a sandwich contain tomatoes when I ask for it to not good thing I’m not allergic. A piece of wax paper left on the cheese in the actual sandwich. Overall the worst quality control from a chain restaurant I have seen.

So this is what Jimmy Johns hears when you say NO PEPPERS. They can’t ever make a sandwich right and always add stuff I say to not put on there. This doesn’t even include the peppers I ate before I couldn’t handle anymore and pulled this off just one half of my sandwich. Nothing like biting into the sandwich and getting so much burn you gag. Not to mention the hygiene of the employees is very poor here, hair is grungy and greasy and not in a hair net, clothes are worn so filthy like they haven’t been washed in weeks. This user to be our favorite one but it is going down hill more and more. Birch run or Clio will now get my business.

WORST SERVICE FOR DELIVERY. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Placed online order just before 3pm to be delivered between 4:45-5pm. Got a text at 5pm stating they’re going to set up Uber to drop off (should have had food already, but okay) estimated time 5:35. Didn’t get my food until 6pm. The time before they stated they’ve delivered my food when I never got it and dropped off 30 mins later. I understand that people get busy and life happens but this is ridiculous. Please don’t offer delivery if you can’t make it happen.

This place always looks closed my first time being here I ordered the number 10 it’s supposed to have double roast beef and provolone cheese it didn’t have either I did not know it was supposed to have provolone cheese until I started going to the Bay Road location which also always looks closed this kind of upsets me because Frankenmuth location is closer to me than the Bay Road location I had no idea the sandwich was supposed to be as big as it was when I went to the Bay Road location the multiple times I’ve gone to Jimmy John’s in Frankenmuth I lost money I did mention to the workers about the cheese they told me that I only get the cheese if I ask for it why do I have to ask for the cheese when clearly it stated on the board that the sandwich is supposed to come with provolone

There were three boys (late teens to young adults) who had, excellent customer service! Greeted us at the door and promptly made our food. Would DEFINITELY be back! Serviced (1/19/25) dinner time.
