So this is what Jimmy Johns hears when you say NO PEPPERS. They can’t ever make a sandwich right and always add stuff I say to not put on there. This doesn’t even include the peppers I ate before I couldn’t handle anymore and pulled this off just one half of my sandwich. Nothing like biting into the sandwich and getting so much burn you gag. Not to mention the hygiene of the employees is very poor here, hair is grungy and greasy and not in a hair net, clothes are worn so filthy like they haven’t been washed in weeks. This user to be our favorite one but it is going down hill more and more. Birch run or Clio will now get my business.

I’m pretty forgiving as my first job was fast food, and my next years were in food service. That said, whoever manages this restaurant, please – teach your employees that even if there are only 2 of you both making sandwiches, please greet a walk in customer and tell them you’ll be right there! Don’t ignore someone for over 4 minutes! I dont expect immediate service, but id like to know that they know I am there and waiting! I stood at the register without even a glance. Again, I dont expect immediate service with our current environment, but a simple hello would go a long way.

I ordered ahead in the app and when I went in they hadn’t even started to make my food. Staff was slow and unprofessional. They scooped all of the middle out of the bread in my sandwiches. The sandwiches were terribly made and my wrap fell apart. I will not return to this location ever again. I tried it twice and had two bad experiences.

Foods great when it’s right. The last incident was when I ordered my lunch ahead of time. When I went to pick it up it was not ready and was told I should return in 15mins. I work near so while a inconvenience not a big deal. When I returned after 15mins the girl working inside started panicking. She ran in the back and then came back out only to throw together my sandwich in 30 seconds as I watched. The sandwich in the photo is what I got. I have had other issues such as a sandwich contain tomatoes when I ask for it to not good thing I’m not allergic. A piece of wax paper left on the cheese in the actual sandwich. Overall the worst quality control from a chain restaurant I have seen.

I came in for lunch last week when I didn’t have much time. I was nervous if I stopped for lunch I would be late to my meeting (I was the last time). I had plenty of time though! The service was fast. The staff was friendly. My Turkey Tom tasted great. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but this store has really turned a corner. I’ll definitely be back the next day I’m swamped with meetings!

Fun place. Great food. Service was quick and accurate. Plenty of options available for sandwiches and chips.

The service was great, the subs were great but every table was dirty. There was only one staff member on break at 1 of the tables. Every empty table was just filthy. Even the chairs had food on them. There were 4 people there but I guess none of them knew how to keep a clean dining room. Also the drink area was very dirty as well.

I find myself eating here more then I would like to admit, but I have to say that the New Manager has really turned things around… I’ve noticed new faces so I’m hoping he removed the “Problems”….My Deliveries have actually been a lot quicker… Glad to see improvements…
