I guess this place still isn’t staffed. Walked in at 3:30, and the worker was sitting on a table. Quickly jumped up and said we’re closed sorry! Well then lock the door? Ridiculous. Like other reviews have said UPDATE HOURS. Went next door to Noodles and Co & was happy to spend my money there instead

Come to this location due to working in the area, and they can just never get it right!! Walked in today and ordered 2 subs, I am standing watching 3 people rotate on a sub where they are putting items in the sandwich I specifically requested not to. I was handed the bag knowingly it was wrong, and opened both subs that were wrong in front of the manager Courtney. Very frustrated she begin to make me 2 “new” subs very very quickly. Once I get back to work, one of the subs is still incorrect!!! I call her and speak to her and explain how they can NEVER get it right as I work in area and order all the time. She responds back with “why do you still come here then?” After 10 minutes on the phone, I was finally received a refund. Do not waste your time or money at this location!!!

This is the worst jimmy johns!!!! I’ve worked across the street for over 4 years and I can promise the pandemic has nothing to due with the way they operate. constantly taking at least an hour to deliver your food and they argue with you when you ask why its taking so long/something being wrong after the food takes an hour+ definitely putting out a bad name for jimmy johns as a whole… off to jersey mikes!

Horrible experience. Zero stars is what I’d give if that was possible. Ordered my first catering order from this awful location on Monday, to be delivered on Thursday of this week. The order still arrived 40 minutes late. Called the store twice. The first time, I was told it was on its way. The second time, I was told it hadn’t even left the building yet, and I was hung up on. Both times I spoke to a very poorly-tempered female employee who would not give her name. Spent nearly $200 to be treated like this AND have the order arrive late. On top of it all, i requested each sandwich to be cut in half, and the were not; they all arrived whole. And, my sandwich had brown lettuce. I will NEVER be ordering from this location ever again and will tell everyone in my office about how they treat their customers. Jimmy Johns employees should keep in mind that without their customers, they would not have a job! Luckily for me I called JJ Customer Service and spoke with a very pleasant young woman, who assured me I would be getting a call from this store’s “franchise owner” and would also get a follow-up call from JJ Corporate. We’ll see. I’m not holding my breath.

Don’t waste your time or money! If you order online you’ll wait and least an hour or more for pick up or delivery. I’m one of those people who rarely write reviews for a service, but my goodness the staff is incompetent and rude! If you complain about the excessive wait time they’ll give you some lame excuse. “ we only have one driver” as a customer that’s not my problem. Don’t take online orders for delivery! Come up with an alternative until you’re able to adequately serve your customers!
